The IEEE SoutheastCon is the annual IEEE Region 3 Technical, Professional, and Student Conference. The conference
brings together Computer Scientists, Electrical, and Computer Engineering professionals, faculty and students to share
the latest information through technical sessions, tutorials, exhibits, and student competitions.

IEEE SoutheastCon has several opportunities for your business or establishment to support this important technical conference.
The conference offers opportunities at several levels as well as a la carte and in-kind contributions. In order to keep costs down
for the student portion of the conference, it is necessary to raise additional funds to allow us to offer the student attendees addi-
tional services. IEEE SoutheastCon 2018 as part of IEEE is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Any contributions to our confer-
ence may be tax-deductible. Contact your tax specialists for specific information.
Contribution Levels
Title Contributor—$25,000plus—1 Available
Corporate name and logo on all conference materials, including website, conference app and full-page in conference program. Corporate name and logo prominently displayed at the conference. Two complimentary exhibitor spaces and 5 Registrations.
Premier Contributor —$10,000—5 Available
Corporate name and logo on website, conference app and 1/2 page in conference program. Complimentary exhibitor space and 3 Registrations.
Principal Contributor—$5,000—10 Available
Corporate name and logo on website, conference app and 1/4 page in conference program. Complimentary exhibitor space and 2 Registration.
Partner Contributor—$1,000—Unlimited
Corporate name on website, conference app and in program. Complimentary exhibitor space.
Exhibitor—$500—Unlimited

Targeted ContributionsOffsite Opening Reception—Starting at $5,000
The conference is working on holding an offsite opening reception at University of South Florida Bayboro Campus. As an opening reception contributor, your company name and logo will be displayed during the reception and in the conference program, conference app and on the website.
Student Lunches—Starting at $2,500
Student lunches are not normally provided during the conference in order to keep student registration fees at a minimum. Con-
tributing to the student lunch will allow the conference to provide complimentary or reduced cost lunches to the student
attendees. As a student lunch contributor, your company name and logo will be displayed at the student luncheon. Your
company name will be mentioned in the conference program, conference app and website.
Conference Registration Gift Bag—Starting at $1,500
All conference attendees will be given a registration gift bag at registration. As the gift bag contributor, your company name and logo will be displayed on the gift bag, conference website, app and program.
Hospitality Suite—Starting at $1,000
The conference will supply a hosted hospitality suite for spouses and partners attending the conference. This suite will provide a
quiet location where spouses and partners can meet and enjoy the provided non-alcoholic beverages. As a contributor to the
hospitality suite your company will be acknowledged in the conference website, program and the hospitality suite.
Conference Apparel—Starting at $2,000
The conference volunteers will be given complimentary apparel to wear while at the conference. As a conference a sponsor, your company name and logo will appear on the apparel conference website, app and program.
Student Competitions—Starting at $750 - All the student competitions (hardware, software, t-shirt, ethics, website, and paper) all have contribution opportunities. As a contributor to the student competitions your company name will appear in the program, conference app and on the website. Special mention will made of your company’s contribution during the banquet awards presentation
Student Hardware competition- 4 available - This competition will feature four(4) playing fields. These fields will be fully automatic and feature real time streaming throughout the conference. As a contributor your company name and logo will be featured on the main field flag and in the competition area.
Student Competition prizes- In Kind Contributions - For each of the student competitions (hardware, software, t-shirt, ethics, website and paper) the top three competitors in each will be recognized at the awards banquet. This will further reward the competitor's efforts and hard work.
Conference Coffee Breaks—Starting at $500—4 AvailableThere will be morning and afternoon coffee breaks held on Friday and Saturday. As a coffee break contributor, your company name and logo will be displayed during the coffee break. Your company name will be mentioned in the conference program and website. Student Beverage Service—Starting at $500 During the hardware competition the students spend the entire evening working in the student competition area. Contributing to the student coffee service will allow the conference to provide beverage (coffee, tea, sodas, etc.) service overnight to the students in the hardware competition area. As a student coffee service contributor, your company name and logo will be displayed at the student coffee service. Your company name will be mentioned in the conference program, app and website.
In-Kind Contributions The conference has opportunities for in-kind contributions on as needed case-by-case basis. Also, the conference will accept in-kind materials for inclusion into the registration packet.
