The exorbitant cost of Rigs even in non productive conditions signifies that the need of Rig move timeoptimization is inevitable.

MTL NextGen Rig Move Performance Incentive

Rig Move Incentive Scheme and its logic for different performances shortest possible time is rewarded and extra time taken above maximum limit is penalized

Class D Move total rig move time is above the Maximum limit set, invokes a penalty, triggers an After Action Review to ascertain root cause

Class C Move - total rig move time is between Average and Maximum, performance is accepted, no incentive

Class B Move total rig move time is between Minimum and Average, incentive payment for good performance

Class A Move total rig move time is below Minimum time limits, justification required for incentive payment
