As the year 2014 comes almost to a close, it is with extreme pride that I present the extraordinary leadership of Professional Staffers in pursuit of its mission to be Pro-People, Pro-Success. This year begins our journey of leadership for the next 40 years.

It is significant to note that these extraordinary feats were within the realm of the 40th anniversary of John Clements Consultants, Inc. which Professional Staffers serves as the Division that manages mass talent recruitment and in the process, jumpstarts the careers of freshies and young professionals. It is also noteworthy to mention that Professional Staffers operates in a highly competitive environment where innovation and strategic moves define success. Thanks to the passion and energy of our teams and the staunch support of our clients and business partners, it is with utmost humility that we claim that we emerge an industry leader. Among others, these milestone events defined us this year of the Wooden Horse:

• 31 Job Fairs in colleges and universities, creating a strong brand and strengthening ties with the academic communities

• 4 Recruitment Fairs with Public Employment Service Office (PESO) in nearby Batangas, Laguna, Antipolo, and Cavite supported the government’s employment generation drive• 4 Campus Events championed professional ethics, personal development, and communication skills during career talks and forums• 4 Campus Partnership with city and state universities strengthened dialogue with academic administrators on bridging college-to-business transitions through PS’ Near-Hire-Training modules • Cebu Hub inauguration institutionalized Professional Staffers-John Clements Consultants in the Visayas region• Regional Expansion in Asia established Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) opportunities for partnership in Malaysia and Vietnam • An Alumni Homecoming drew together successful placements in various industries in a night of music, fun, and camaraderie• Corporate Social Responsibility Programs at Chosen Children in support of John Clements tutored and cheered children with special conditions

• RPO Forum gathered company executives and HR heads to discuss the benefits of Recruitment Process Outsourcing, following global trends• Industry Forum on Integrity Assessment brought industry leaders to discuss the merits of preventing corporate thefts and similar crises• Business Orientation Program (BOP) with the American Chamber of Commerce enabled us to screen over 300 college student leaders across the

country, and made us an institutional mentor for the chosen 35 outstanding leaders• Student Leaders Bootcamp brought together 21 outstanding fresh college graduates screened from major universities for a 2-week intensive program for corporate-driven values.

It was a roller-coaster ride which Professional Staffers lived and lead extraordinarily.

The highlight of the Summit was the presence of international thought leaders and industry luminaries who made up the plenary speakers, panellists, and discussion leaders. Empowering. Democratic. Insightful. These are some of the common superlatives that delegates recalled their digital experience at the Extraordinary Leadership Summit.

Pre-registration was coursed through Cvent. On-site, delegates breezed through the normally chaotic process. Two minutes max per delegate. It was just the tip of the iceberg.

Plenary sessions were energized with live poll questions which allowed seamless interaction between the speakers and the delegates.

Using slido.com, the audience was consistently engaged during presentations and panel discussions where everyone had equal chance to ask a question using their laptops, tablets, or iPhones. The Q&As were done with smooth transition and there were no awkward silence which normally happens after a presentation.

Sharing the highlights of the Summit with the digital world was done through Livestream.

Overall, these technology tools lent the Summit a truly extraordinary feel.
