STRAWBERRY CAKE STALL Our wonderful Cake Stall is so successful because of all the HOME MADE BAKING that our school families contribute. We are hoping that families are able to help us again for this year’s fair. Each family would have received an empty plate with the below poem, and we are hoping that families will make something yummy for our stall. Donations can be delivered to the Cake Stall in the Hall on Saturday or Sunday morning. Get the kids baking too!!

STALL ROSTERS Are now up on the wall in the front foyer – and many hands make light work! Please add your name where you can. You don’t have to align yourself to your class’s allocated stall. YOU can choose which stall/s you volunteer on… take your pick from the rosters up on the FRONT FOYER wall. This is our school community event, and it’s great that your children see you being an integral part of that community. We appreciate any time you can offer!

WHITE ELEPHANT, BOOKS and SECOND HAND CLOTHES – Please bring to the shed on the oval on Monday or Friday next week Preloved household items are now being accepted for our White Elephant Stall. Small working electrical is acceptable. Please: no TVs, computer monitors or knives. ALSO welcome pre-loved CLOTHES and BOOKS in good condition. Pre-loved SOFT TOYS most welcome. Large furniture items will be accepted on Saturday 2nd November.

Also… Saturday morning drop offs – please enter via Swift St Saturday, 26th October – 9am to 11am Saturday, 2nd November – 9am to 3pm (including larger items / furniture etc).

IN THE GARDEN We would love your donations to make our Garden stall look great. We need little and big plants in pots, veggies, herbs or succulents for the Strawberry Fair Plant Sale. Please bring your offerings in to school, ideally on Saturday 3rd November (set up day!) or you can deliver them to me before the fair, 155 Crozier Ave, MELROSE PARK. CUTTING STRAWBERRIES IN THE STAFFROOM FROM 12 noon

Thank you in advance. Also keep in mind we will be needing help on Sunday 3pm after the Fair. After pack up, the Tavern is open with the offer of a free drink and sausage to thank our workers. Some people wait around for the announcement of our takings for the day.

And Monday morning too, to help pack up and get the grounds ready again for school to resume on Tuesday!

Our Produce Stall needs YOUR help! Jayne Stinson MP and her staff will gladly accept your home-grown donations of all produce.

Bring them along to the stall on the oval on Fair morning!
