2. Select “Submit Query”
3. Confirm results. If correct, select “Use this NPN” to populate your NPN on the
training site. If query does not result in your correct NPN, verify NPN and try again.

Global. The training should take you
around 90 minutes.

*Note: America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) Medicare training will be accepted in lieu of Pinpoint
Medicare training. Training by other providers is not accepted by BCBSAZ and will be denied by a plan
administrator.

Brokers are required to attend mandatory in-person training to be contracted and
certified for the 2019 selling season. Brokers will receive credit for the online product
modules for their in-person attendance, but must complete any remaining modules and
product exam(s). Brokers who do not successfully complete certification will not be
eligible for commissions and will face corrective action if they attempt to service, market
or sell 2019 Medicare plans.
Product Training
You don’t have to wait for your Certificate to get approved before you can complete your
product training. You get a maximum of three attempts to pass the exam with a score of
85% or better.

Please note that you can’t access your product modules till you have completed classroom
training. You can complete Medicare Training and upload your AHIP certificate of
completion before attempting online product modules. If you haven’t already registered for
the classroom training class, please click the link and register on the event calendar.

Internet Explorer browsers 10 or 11 are the recommended for this training. Other acceptable browsers include Chrome (most current version) and Safari (most current version). A free download for Internet Explorer is available at: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/downloads/ie
Some things that may adversely affect your user experience, such as:
• Security Settings: Under Tools > Internet Options, locate “Security”. Set level to medium-high and click “OK”
• External Toolbars: Under Tools > Manage > Enable or Disable add-ons and reference “Enabled” area. Select any third-party toolbars and click “Disable” radio button, followed by clicking “OK”
• Company Intranet: Attempting to view the site via company intranet may impact access and performance. Instead, try copying the link your company has provided you in a separate browser.
• Virtual Private Network (VPN): May impact course content performance. Discontinue if you experience issues.
• Out Dated Flash: Make sure you have the latest Flash player installed. The latest version is available at: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
