Q: What is the payment method for Online Ordering? A: Credit Card. (Visa & MasterCard) issued from major banks.

Q: Is Mary Kay Malaysia Online Ordering safe trade? A: Yes. The security of the facility is certified with SSL method. All transactions are securely transacted and confidentiality protected.

Q: What is the latest time to submit orders online? A: You may submit order online anytime. For last calendar day of the month, website will be closed at 12:00am and re-open again in the following day 9:00am.

Q: I received error message that blocks me to place order. What should I do? A: Please contact Customer Service for more details.

Q: Will my credit card being charged if my computer shutdown while payment processing? A: No. Your credit card will only be charged upon successful transaction. Please keep order confirmation and statement for verification.

Q: Who can use this Online Ordering facility? A: Online Ordering facility is open to all Beauty Consultants.

HOW TO GET STARTED?

Go to Mary Kay Corporate Website at www.marykay.com.sg

Enter your Consultant ID and valid

password. Click LOGIN.

After logged in, click ONLINE ORDERING at

navigation tool bar.

Go to Beauty Consultant login page.

LANDING PAGE

OPTION 1: HOW TO ORDER BY PRODUCTS CATEGORY?

You may place order at 3 options:

a. Order by Product Category

b. Order by Item Number

c. Order by One-Page COS Catalogue

Order By Product Category

Gives you an overview on the category found on the horizontal

menu and the total information.

STEP 1 Navigate the product categories.

STEP 2 Select the category. The list of products is shown.

Toolbar at the top show the 5 simple steps to complete Online Ordering.

STEP 3 Enter the quantity desired on this screen

or select product for more information.

STEP 4 Check the description and price.

STEP 6 SUMMARY TOTAL is

display at top right corner. The

information will be refreshed when

clicked on Update My Order.

STEP 5 Click UPDATE MY

ORDER or hit ENTER.

Info: SHIPPING ADDRESS is the default Primary/

Shipping Address registered in Mary Kay’s system.

For address changed, please contact Customer Service.

Additional features: You may SEARCH a product by entering item number

of keywords of the product. Click Search and list of products is shown.

STEP 7 Navigate products in

other categories and add more

products to the order.

STEP 8 To review order, click

SUBMIT MY ORDER.

STEP 10 This page lists all of the selected products.

Verify the details. (Description/ Unit Price/ Quantity/

Total Price)

STEP 11 Confirm the summary total points and

amount is correct at the top right corner.

STEP 12 To complete the order, click CHECK OUT.

STEP 9 Verify the shipping address.

Optional: Click SAVE ORDER

if you may save the order and

get back later. (Retrieve Saved

Order at main page)

Optional: Click ADD MORE

PRODUCTS if you want to

add more products to this order.

Optional: You may print

the entire order for records.

Optional: Click DELETE if you

want to remove the particular

item from this order.

STEP 13 If the order entitle for bonus

items, it is shown here. Verify it.

STEP 14 Hit CONTINUE to proceed with

payment checkout.

STEP 15 This is ORDER SUMMARY.

Verify all information displayed.

STEP 18 To continue credit card payment,

select Payment Type = Credit Card.

STEP 19 To proceed, click SAVE ORDER.

STEP 16 Confirm AMOUNT TO PAY.

STEP 17 Check the Ordering Guidelines.

PAYMENT CHECKOUT, the page will be routed to Payment Gateway System for processing.

At the payment page, enter following details and click Submit.

Remarks: Follow the instructions and DO NOT close the window while it is processing. The page will

show the final payment status in few minutes. Upon successful transaction, the page will be routed to

Mary Kay’s website again for order confirmation.

5. Secure code (if required)

STEP 20 Congratulations! You have completed

your online order correctly. Note your ORDER

NUMBER and ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATE.

STEP 22 Click here to check

ORDER STATUS. STEP 21 Click here to PRINT

Confirmation for reference. STEP 23 Click here to

START NEW ORDER.

OPTION 2: HOW TO PLACE ORDER BY ITEM NUMBER?

STEP 1 At Main Page, select the option

CREATE AN ORDER BY PART

(optimized for slower connection).

STEP 2 Enter the ITEM

NUMBER desired and quantity,

hit ENTER.

STEP 3 The entered

products are shown in the

lists of product.

STEP 4 Verify the item’s

description and price. Click

UPDATE MY ORDER to

refresh the Summary Total.

STEP 5 Verify the TOTAL at top

right corner and click SUBMIT

MY ORDER.

STEP 6 Proceed to checkout from

STEP 9 in Option 1.

Optional: Click DELETE if

you want to remove the item

from this order.

Optional: Click

DELETE MY

ORDER if you

want to cancel

this order.

OPTION 3: HOW TO PLACE ORDER BY ONE-PAGE COS CATALOGUE?

STEP 1 At Main Page, select the

option CREATE AN ORDER

WITH ONE PAGE PRODUCT

CATEGORIES (optimized for

slower connection).

STEP 2 You may choose to view products

from Section 1 or Section 2 or both.

STEP 3 Look for the item and

enter the quantity desired

accordingly. Hit ENTER or Click

UDPATE MY ORDER.

STEP 4 Check the Total

Summary at top right corner.

STEP 5 Verify the TOTAL at top

right corner and click SUBMIT

MY ORDER.

STEP 6 Proceed to checkout from

STEP 9 in Option 1.

Optional: Click

DELETE MY

ORDER if you

want to cancel

this order.

OTHERS FEATURE:

1. Retrieve saved order

STEP 1 At main page, click

VIEW SAVED ORDERS.

STEP 2 Refer to the list of saved

orders.

To review order, click on the link

under SAVED ORDER NAME.

STEP 3 Review order details,

and you may continue and adding

more products into this order.

2. Check Order Status

STEP 1 At Main Page,

click ORDER STATUS.

STEP 2 Select the criteria.

- Type of Order

- Order Channel

- Status

You may view history order status

for the past 60 days.

Optional: You may view your personal orders as

well as your UNIT MEMBER’s order status.

- To view all, click All Consultants

- To view particular Unit Member, click Select a

Unit Member below and select the member’s name.

STEP 3 Check out the STATUS according to

ORDER DATE and ORDER NUMBER.

STEP 4 To track Shipment Status, click on

STATUS to access Courier Company’s website.
