Creating the power of simplicityPOL is the next generation of IT.

POL is a Big Data Analytics programing tool.

Liaison: David Barak, CEO. Cellular: +972-54-4718820.Email: [email protected].

Mailing Address: PO box 1597, zip code 3780800, Givat Ada, Israel.

POL is the only tool that enables programmers, visual and real, point and click operations just like in Excel.

Note: see appendix C- Visualization Competitors. The programmer doing it by dragging and dropping a virtual table on the screen and connect it to a database.

He click and point on table’s cells to generates programing code, in exactly the same way he creates function in Excel.

This table can contain the result of traditional programing code (SQL) and can be mixed with our POL code.

POL Rapidly process an enormous amount of data.

The Innovation

Page 3: Online Intelligence- POL

Ken also aids programmers in developing integration’ application that gather data from dispersed databases across the glob. All he have to do is to click on the target virtual table on the screen and then on several virtual tables, each table connected to different database and even of different database type.

If the programmer want to add data quality operations that cleans the data from irregularities, all he have to do is to use an If function similar to Excel’s If function.

Thus bypassing several operations and do it in one step simultaneously on the fly.

Integration

Pain and Opportunity Organizations are struggling to gain control on

systems saturated and flooded with data overflow. Basic traditional operations like: data retrieving,

extracting, slicing and dicing have hardly changed for a very long time.

The problem lies in the remaining 80%-90% of data processing\and analysis which consumes most of the enterprise’s resources.

Traditional pure database operations (SQL) are about 20% of the whole programming. The rest, about 80% of the standard programing, data processing and analysis consumes most of the enterprise’s resources.

POL saves about 90% of this standard programming. If we include additional marginal and operational costs, it can saves up to 90% of the whole programming.

Business Model The business model is open source and the

pricing based on annual subscription. The pricing system in the table below is

similar to Talend’s pricing system. Only the POL and Enterprise Analytics will

be included in the first year.Note: Although the table below is accurate,it is for impression only (review it if you want).

Go To MarketThe product will be sold through:

First stage- on board marketing and sales’ force.

Second stage (after the first year)- well known vendors with well-based continent and\or country deployment.

To: Solution-providers\Service-providers (Mostly). Medium organizations. Big organizations.Market size

Big Data Analytics Total Market Size: 122 billion Dollars.Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR): IDC = 27%, Forbes = 30%, Wikibon = 38%.See article in the flowing link: http://www.informationweek.com/big-data/big-data-analytics/big-data-analytics-sales-will-reach-$187-billion-by-2019/d/d-id/1325631

Competitive analysis Talend was first commercial open source vendor. Talend is the closest competitor to POL as Big Data analytics.

The differences are as follows:POL has data integration, data quality, and data management like Talend Open Studio, but in addition to its visualization abilities, POL also automatically generates powerful and intuitive programing language called POL (Pointer Oriented Langue). While Talend Open Studio uses Drag & Drop visualization system, POL uses Point & Click visualization system. The difference is that Talend Open Studio has predefined

components for gathering and processing data. Those components are represented by icons and the user

drags and drops them onto a canvas whereas POL users can generate any sophisticated function or operation they desire only by pointing and clicking on virtual tables, structures or results sets and thus create their own tailor made operations (data gathering, processing, integration, analytics…).

Five Years Financial Projection & Key Metrics Expected from such an enterprise software: The gross margin is about 81% - 91%

which is high but reasonable. Annual revenues growth of about 150%.In order to build a more conservative financial projection:o Only the POL and Analytics were

includedo The other products were left out.o Although it isn’t mentioned in the

financial projection, after the first year they will be included and probably many more products.

Appendix A (First Year):Money burn rate of 650K$ investment. On what the money is spent (See Titles).Time-Line (Progress according to the Titles).Profitability at 9 month.

Appendix B (Second Year):Break Even & Return on Investment, 3 month.

Management teamCEO: David has extensive experience in managing companies and big projects. David’s experience has given him knowledge in different area and allows him to think "outside the box", bringing new ideas and innovations to the equation. This point of view has taught him that “The big picture is in the small details“. David has developed POL and POL functional concept but he is aware of the market limitations and obstacles ahead.StatusWe developed a skeleton software of POL as a proof of concept. We were one of nine finalist in Merage High-Tec competition. An investment will permit us to reach the beta stage after five months. Start sales and reach profitability in ten month. We can reach break even and return on investment in twelve months.

Appendix C- Visualization CompetitorsAlthough there are some tools that claim to do point and click operations, the results are predefined. Meaning, they are constrained to a certain results. Note: None of them is Big Data Analytics designed for programmers.

For example: QlikView point an click operations designed for end

users (not programmers). QlikView based on the fact that database of the same

type as similar structure no meter in which company it operates (ERP systems).

It doesn't have programing but script, which is fare away form a programing flexibility. Furthermore, it dose it by using forms.

Page 13: Online Intelligence- POL

Appendix D- Technology POL refers to the data as a multidimensional grid

of pointers and executes low level commands on the database, leaving complex operations to the POL server.

The POL server translates the POL code into low level commands that retrieve the data from all the databases and produce online transactions simultaneously.

Competitive Analysis SummarySample of competitors: Pentaho

Business Analytics, Sisense, Atigeo, Datameer, SQream Technologies, Talend.

Talend was the first commercial open source vendor.

Talend Open Studio achieved annual gross of 136%, 105M$ revenues and value of 643.05 (10/11/16 05:06 PM). It is a good sign for POL.
