Children up to 9 years – Identification of early patterns of maladaptive child behavior predisposing to the development of addictive

behaviors and dependencies;

Youth 10 to 14 years - Early identification of maladaptive behavior patterns predisposing to the development of addictive behaviors

and dependencies, including patterns of use of psychoactive substances such as binge drinking and / or drunkenness, and pathological gambling;

15 - 19 and 20 - 24 years - delay the onset of addictive behaviors and dependencies, early identification of patterns of risk behavior,

including binge drinking and / or drunkenness, poli-drug use, compulsive gambling, driving under the influence of alcohol , unprotected sex, violence in its different manifestations;

Adults over 65 years – identification of the emergence of maladaptive patterns of behavior involving addictive

behaviors and dependencies, or their resurgence.

Adults 25 to 64 years – identification of patterns of risk behavior, including driving under the influence of alcohol, unprotected sex,

violence in its different manifestations well as predisposing to the development of addiction behaviors, such as the poli-drug use, the intravenous drug use, misuse of drugs, compulsive gambling;

Main Objective: To Prevent, dissuade, reduce and minimize the problems associated with theconsumption of psychoactive substances, addictive behaviors and dependencies:

BEHAVIOURAL ADDICTIONS: SUPPLY REDUCTION / REGULATORY FIELD

Objective:

Provide opportunities for legal safe, and not addiction – inductive game, through legislation, regulation and appropriate

supervision

Is intended to:

� Identify the different scenarios where gambling may take place, and collect relevant data that may illustrate the

existing problems

� Foster studies on issues related to the provision of gambling opportunities, and involvement of new partners to

technically and scientifically support the drafting of new regulatory proposals

� Develop measures and strategies that respond to the identified needs, within the scope of addictive behaviors and

depenedncies related with gambling
