To facilitate the enrollment process, we have prepared a guide with details that we hope will allow you to easily complete the enrollment form to officially enroll your child.

This form is only for new applicants who have already submitted an application and have received an acceptance letter. If you have not submitted an application, please refer to the “Join Section” at www. Rochambeau.org.

If you are currently enrolled at Rochambeau, please contact the admissions office for information on re-enrollment procedures.

Step 2. Start your 1st enrollment form

You should see your child’s (or children’s) name(s) hereEach child needs to be documented separately.

The 1st enrollment form is divided into 8 sections:

Most sections are documented based on the application. Please complete the additional information requested.

At the end of each section, first SAVE, then press NEXT or Save and exit without submitting.

1st Enrollment form

Emergency and Medical Information

1. If you live in the Maryland/DC Metro area, please document with your local information (emergency number and doctor)

2. If you are not yet settled in the area, please put your US employer’s number or leave blank. We will request the information before the beginning of school.

MEDICAL FORMS: Once you have completed the enrollment, we will give you access to our protected Parent Portal, where you will find our Medical forms and other information that will be requested before the start of school.

Student Information

If you are paying the tuition in full, or are receiving a partial subsidiary, please indicate “parents”

All families paying tuition must open a FACTS account and select a payment plan (1,2 or 9 payment installments.)

To open a FACTS account, you must have a bank account in the UNITED STATES. If you have a US bank account, click on FACTS Tuition Management to open a tuition payment plan and obtain a Facts agreement number. Please indicate your number as requested.

If you do not have a US bank account yet, please still indicate your desired payment plan (installments). We will bill you for the first installment, and once you have your US account, we will make the adjustments

Payment Plan – Family paying

If your employer is paying 100% your tuition in full, please indicate the payment information so we may bill your employer.

Please contact rochambus@Rochambeau.orgto see if we provide transportation service to your house.

Transportation services

If you are new to Rochambeau: you are required to pay the “new family enrollment fee” of

$1750 in addition to the annual registration fee ($500 before April 3, $1000 after April 3).

This new family enrollment fee is to be paid with the first child only and only once for the duration of your schooling at Rochambeau.

Please click “child already enrolled” if you: have children already at the school and are enrolling a sibling, or Are a family returning to Rochambeau and have already paid this

fee, or Are a future teacher at Rochambeau

If you are applying for Financial aid and are pending your response, please still officially enroll your children and pay the required fees. An adjustment to your overall tuition fees will be made once the financial aid request is confirmed.

NOTE FOR FRENCH CITIZENS: all French citizens must apply first the French Bourse, regardless of if you are eligible or not, in order to be able to apply for the Rochambeau Financial Aid

Please carefully read the enrollment contract. It contains important information.

To officially register your child, you are required to pay online with a credit card.

Please make sure you indicate the credit card billing address associated with your credit card.
