PGi provides clients with the convenience of being able to access all your conferencing charges online. State-of-the-art billing technology allows you to view, sort or export details of your conferencing account(s) at any time.

YOUR MONTHLY INVOICE SUMMARY Your monthly invoice summary will be sent via email. The email will also notify your latest invoice is available online.

ACCESSING ONLINE BILLING PORTAL As a PGi client, you can access your conferencing account online, at anytime using your BillTo client ID and password. Visit www.pgi.com and click on English (US) to select your country website.

Viewing information available on the home page
ONLINE BILLING HOME PAGE
Once logged in, you can view and print your full invoice details, as well as choosing from a range of options to view your conferencing activity, depending on your requirements.
Bills & Payments Access past invoices and payments.
My Reports will take you to a report builder.
Access current charges details.
Displays client ID and company information.
To log out of the system

Viewing your bills and making online payments
BILL & PAYMENTS
The Bill and Payments page provides a summary of your current invoice and charge details. This page also displays the di�erent payment methods you can choose when making your payment.
Select Invoice View previous invoices.
Summary View Detailed view of the current invoice.
Pay invoice using a credit or debit card.
Invoice Search Search and export invoices based on invoice number, amount, date range, PO number or invoice name.
View Current Usage View current charges, view previous invoices and detailed view of charges from the current invoice.
Billing History View previous usage in a graphical format.
Register Credit Card Register credit card details
Payment History Search and export payment history by date range and amount
Downloads Download invoices into PDF format.
Invoice Delivery Option To select your preferred method to deliver invoivces

BILL & PAYMENTS – INVOICE SEARCH
This section allows you to search and export invoices based on invoice number, amount, date range, PO number and invoice name.
Click on the cog to change and reorder column headings.
Export Export search results into CSV format.
Viewing current charges in detail and previous invoices
BILL & PAYMENTS – VIEW CURRENT USAGE
This section allows you to view current charges, view previous invoices and detailed view of charges from the current invoice.
Select Invoice View previous invoices.
Summary View Detailed view of the current invoice.
Viewing current charge details and making credit card payments
BILL & PAYMENTS – VIEW BILLS
This section allows you to view current charges, view previous invoices, detailed view of charges from the current invoice and make credit card payments.
Select Invoice View previous invoices.
Summary View Detailed view of the current invoice.
Pay invoice using a credit or debit card.
Viewing usage trends in a graphical format
BILL & PAYMENTS – BILLING HISTORY
This section provides a graphical view of your previous invoices by usage and by invoice date.
Hovering over a node in the graph will display invoice date and invoice amount.
Setting up automatic payments via Credit Card
BILL & PAYMENTS – REGISTER CREDIT CARD
This section allows you to register your credit card for automatic monthly credit card payments.
Select Add to register your credit card details.
Enter your details
Enter your credit card details to register
Select OK to con�rm your credit card registration or Cancel to cancel your credit card registration.
Select Add, and the below page will be displayed.
Select Invoice Choose the invoice that you’d like to pay

This section allows you to select previous invoices and download invoices into PDF format.
Select the invoice you want to download.
Select to download the invoice into PDF format.
Selecting Invoice Delivery Options
BILL & PAYMENTS – INVOICE DELIVERY OPTIONS
This section allows you to select your preferred method to deliver invoices in PDF format.
Select the preferred format of the invoice, either a full paper invoice or a summary invoice.
Searching usage by bill cycle or usage date
MY REPORTS – BUILD USAGE REPORT
This section allows you to search usage by bill cycle or usage date.
Create a report of your usage by selecting your preferred bill cycle.
Create a report of your usage by selecting from a date range.
Select Go, and the below page will be displayed. This section allows you to search and export usage reports based on invoice number, invoice date, unique conference ID, conference date, bill-to customer, customer ID and moderator name.
Click on the cog to change and reorder column headings.
Export Export search results into CSV format.
