Business Bill Pay Columbia Bank’s Business Bill Pay is your solution for convenient, customized finance management with more than just the ability to pay bills online anytime, anywhere.

• Control cash flow You can decide how much to pay and when to pay.

• Increase administrative control and fraud protection Institute dual signatures so two users are required to approve a payment before it is finalized. You can also set payment tasks and permissions for each user.

• Receive customized reports Run and customize audit reports to track payment activity for authorized users and your company’s spending and payment history.

Positive PayProtect your organization from check fraud with Positive Pay. Provide Columbia Bank with a list of your issued checks, and we will compare that against checks presented for payment and notify you if there are any discrepancies. You can then decide whether you want to proceed with payment.

ACH Origination Streamline payments with ACH Origination for electronic payments such as direct deposit payroll, donation collection, vendor payments and tax payments.

• Simplify account reconciliation With ACH Origination, your account statement includes a single dollar amount for all originated ACH transactions in each batch, versus individual check amounts to reconcile.

• Reduce costs ACH Origination eliminates the need for manual check preparation, reducing your administrative costs as well as saving time and improving efficiencies.

Online Banking Plus3

Many businesses have specialized online banking needs. Columbia Bank’s Online Banking Plus offers the same great features of Online Banking but with an extended menu of services and online tools. Many of these additional benefits provide your business with expanded security measures and increased administrative controls, including the ability to grant unique levels of access to multiple users. Many of our Online Banking Plus features are also available through our mobile app in iTunes® and Google Play.™

ACH Positive Pay (also known as ACH Block and Filter)ACH Positive Pay helps protect businesses from fraudulent incoming electronic items. You can choose to either block all electronic items or build your own criteria for allowing certain items.

Online Statements2

With Online Banking Plus you have all the same great benefits that are available in Online Banking, as well as the ability to grant third-party access to your statements.

Wire TransfersConduct transfers online to both domestic and international destinations and decrease costs while increasing efficiency.

Deposit Plus – Remote Capture It’s not always possible to leave the office to make timely deposits. Deposit Plus allows you to scan checks from your office and submit them electronically without ever having to leave. It also helps:

• Improve cash flow Use Deposit Plus to scan and deposit checks throughout the day so funds are readily available in your account.

• Reduce paperwork Deposit Plus automatically archives a digital copy of your deposited items.

• Increase flexibility Make deposits each business day by 6:00 p.m. PST and receive same-day credit. Deposits made after 6:00 p.m., on weekends or on holidays, will be credited the next business day.

Mobile BankingOur convenient and secure mobile app, available in iTunes® or Google Play,™ allows you to manage your banking needs remotely.

• Secure log in. You are provided with a secured connection when accessing your online banking account through our mobile app.

• Stay up to date with online activity details displayed in real time.

• View your account, including transactions, check numbers and amounts, as well as initiate and approve commercial transactions, complete funds transfers or make bill payments5 to existing payees from anywhere you have mobile service.

• View Columbia Bank office information such as locations and hours.

• Deposit checks anytime, anywhere with our Mobile Deposit feature6.

Text Banking7

Through our online banking platform, you don’t always have to be logged in to conduct basic banking transactions; just text them to us. Ask for your account balance, history or transfer money from one account to another without having to remember a password. Take advantage of this quick and easy feature by signing up for text banking through the platform’s text enrollment.

Security Your financial protection is a top priority at Columbia Bank. We regularly update our online tools to remain current with the latest security measures while continuously striving to protect your assets and give you peace of mind. Security measures include:

• SSL encryption to protect your online banking activity.

• An out-of-band secure access code is required for registering your computer or resetting your password. Commercial payments require a secure access or VeriSign token code.

• Constant monitoring for potentially unauthorized outgoing commercial payments through the use of a fraud detection and monitoring system.

Columbia Bank recommends clients also take these additional security precautions, available within Online Banking Plus:

• Institute dual controls for commercial payments, requiring a second user to approve transactions.

• Set up additional security alerts to notify you of potentially suspicious online activity. This is also available in Online Banking.

• Ensure that users do not have more access than necessary for their job functions.

• Monitor user activity through the online activity area on a regular basis.
