Getting Started
Sign on from www.MyProvident.com Enter your sign-on ID in the MyProvident Online Banking Box
top right and click the Login Box

Signing On
• Enter your Sign-On ID to sign onto Online
Banking and click Enter – Your Sign-on ID was created by you on the
application form – You will enter your password on the next screen

Security--for your protection: In order to make your online banking experience as secure as possible we are using a security feature that watches for uncharacteristic or unusual behavior involving your internet banking access. If anything out of the ordinary is detected, we will ask you to verify your identity.

• Security Questions • Click the drop down for each item to select a question • Type your response (answer the question) in the box
below the question • Click Continue.
Signed On – Initial Screen
• Account Overview Screen – Provides a summary of all accounts you choose to view in Online Banking
– Provides options on the top of the screen for Funds Transfer, Payments (Bill Pay), and
Services
– Additional options on the left side of the screen including other options and tools for calculator, note/reminders, and calendar

• Account Summary Screen – Click in left column for eStatements – If you are clicking for the first time, enrollment screens will appear – If you are already signed up, you will be directed to the screens to view your
eStatements for all of your accounts – If you add an account in the future, simply request that the account be added
to Online Banking

Display a list of your transaction activity • Select another account from the drop down box • Filter or search transactions
Moving to Transfer Funds Screen
• Account Summary Screen -Click Transfer Funds tab at top to transfer funds between your accounts or transfer funds to an account that is not yours

• Follow steps to transfer – Transfer money between accounts immediately, scheduled, or
recurring – Make a loan payment
• Select Transfer to an account that is not yours (left hand column)
Accounts Services Tab for Messaging and Alerts
• Click Account Services along top tab • Messages (left column) displays messages we have sent
to you • Alerts (left column) allow you to set up
reminders/warnings for Financial and Personal information. You can send Alerts to your email, cell phone, or both

• My Profile (left column) allows you to change your password, set up email addresses (personal and/or work), and set your security question in case you forget your password
• Page Preferences (left column) allows you to customize how your
page looks and define categories for transaction types

• Account Management (left column) allows you to add additional accounts to your Online Banking profile
• Stop Payment (left column) allows you to put a stop on a check you have written

• Requests (left column) allows you to make specific requests or setup information:
– Open New Deposit Account – Order New VISA Debit Card – Change Address – Set up transfer to another customer – Check Ordering
Ending Your Session
• End your Online Banking Session • Click Sign Out (very top right) • Signs off to the screen on the next page
