Online Admission Manual for PG/Diploma/Certificate

programmes

1. Visit https://www.braouonline.in/ and read

admissionProspectus carefully to verify courses offered,

eligibility and fee payment details.

2. Registration for Admission using Online Application Form.

Upload Self Attested Educational Qualification Certificates.

3. Edit / Update form before final submission of Application if

any correction required.

4. Take printout of your form with "Print Application Form"

option for your reference.

5. Make Payment of Tuition fee (through using Debit Card or

through TS/AP Online).

6. Print Payment Receipt.

7. Original Certificates verification

Instructions:

1. Read Notification carefully; Check the eligibility criteria before

admission.

2. Check Prospectus before selecting the course and study centre.

3. Be ready with the required documents.

Documents required:

i) Handwritten Self Attested Scanned photo copies of Education

Qualifications – SSC/School leave Certificate, Previous Education

Qualification Certificate(Consolidated Marks Memo, Provisional

Certificate). The size of scanned photo copies should be below 200

kb and jpeg/jpg format only.

ii) Scanned passport size color photo copies of Photo and Signature.

The size of scanned photo & Signature (recent passport size color

Photo & Signature Combined file) must be below 60 kb and

jpeg/jpg format only.

iii) The admissions to all the PG/Diploma/Certificate programs of the

University are being operated through online admission process.

The payment must be done using online process (using a debit

card or visit TS/APOnline )

Step 2 Registrations - Fill Application Form & Upload Self

attested scaned Certificates.

Admissions for PG:

1) Click on the Application Form link as shown below,

2) Fill Aadhar Number details

3) Complete Details: Fill Complete Details as shown in the next form

below. Upload passport size color Photo & Signature Combined file

the size must be below 60 kb and jpeg/jpg format only. Once filled

click on submit.

Click on Upload Certificates to upload the Certificates. Please save

Application Number form for future reference.

4) Upload Self attested Educational Qualification Certificates.

Students are advised to read admission prospectus for minimum

qualifications for each course and upload certificates

accordingly.

i) In the next screen upload SSC/School Leaving, Consolidated Marks

Memo, Provisional Certificate by clicking on choose files to

upload. Each file size should be below 200 kb only and in file

format JPEG/JPG only. Read undertaking carefully and Click on

check boxes for undertaking and accepting terms and conditions.

After Uploading the documents click on submit.

ii) Click on Click Here to Proceed for Final Submission button, next

screen after uploading the scanned photo copies.

Login form for certificates upload if he/she could not upload certificates in

one go. (If he/she failed to upload Certificates at the time of Application

filling)

No. and captcha.

Declaration of the Candidate:

UNDERTAKING: I hereby declare that I have read and understood

the conditions of eligibility for the programme for which I seek

admission I fulfill minimum eligibility condition, and I have

provided necessary information in this regard. In the event of any

information being found incorrect or misleading my candidature

shall be liable to cancellation by the University at any time and I

shall not be entitled to refund of any fee paid by me to the

University.

Step 3 Edit / Update form before Final Submission: Student can

edit application before Final Submission. Once Finally submitted

edit/update not possible. Therefore, it is suggested to fill the

application carefully.

Step 4 Take printout of your form with "Print Application Form"

option for your reference.

i) You can take print out of your Application form by clicking on Print

button.

ii) Student can take printout at any time by login braouonline.in

iii) Login with your Application Number and Date of birth to take

Application printout.

Step 5 Make Payment of Tuition fee (through using Debit Card or

through TS/AP Online).

Note:

Student can pay fee through (by using Debit Card or through TS/AP

Online) if he/she not paid after immediate submission of Application

Form.

Candidate is advised to pay Tuition fee with their own Debit card. If

debit card is not available visit AP/TS Online franchise centres to pay

fee and get payment receipt immediately after fee payment. If

candidate uses other’s card for payment, the University is not

responsible for transaction failures.

Students are advised to verify the payment receipt from the University

website to know whether their fee payment is successful or not. If not

successful, students are allowed to pay again.

Candidates are advised to verify their account details before next

payment. The University will not refund fee paid more than once for

single service in any circumstances. Hence, student are advised to

Candidate must be aware of the following details, before paying fee through

Debit card:

a. Payment process must be finished within 5 minutes from the start

time

b. Candidates are advised to ensure themselves if they can pay fee

through debit card, If not take somebody’s help in this regard. Make

sure that you can complete payment process at one go or in one

attempt.

c. Debit card number (Debit card number must be visible to the

candidate. Do not use debit cards for which number is not visible)

d. Expiry date of the Debit Card

e. CVV number (Available on the back side of the card)

f. Mobile phone to receive OTP from bank (Ensure if good phone signal

is available or not)

ii) Proceed to the payment using link: https://www.braouonline.in/MISC/Payment_Details.aspx

iii) Enter Application number, captcha and click on submit to proceed for

Payment.

Step 6 Print Payment Receipt.

i) Payment receipt for successful payments can be obtained by entering

Application No. And Mobile No. using the following link:

https://www.braouonline.in/MISC/Payment_Receipt_Login.aspx.

Step 7 Original Certificates Verification at study centres.

The University will verify the candidate’s certificates at the study centre before

registration for exams.

Student needs to visit the Study Centre for Original Certificate

verification along with the original certificate, Printout copy of

Admission application, Payment receipt and Xerox copies of original

certificates.

Study Centre head will verify your certificates and send an SMS to the

University for Final Confirmation of your admission, if your details are

correct.

The University will allow you to download your ID card from the web

portal after verification of original certificates.

Note: If the student is found to be not eligible to join the course,

his/her admission will be cancelled and fee will not be refunded

under any circumstances. Students are already alerted in Declaration

section i.e. he/she is allowed to register for the course and allowed to

pay fee on his/her self declaration.
