OneCommand™ Managerfor VMware vCenter

OneCommand Manager for VMware vCenter (OCM for VMware) enables comprehensive control of Emulex fabric (Fibre Channel) and network (FCoE and NIC) connectivity solutions from VMware’s vCenter management console, helping to unify and simplify virtualization management.

This plug-in integrates the advanced capabilities of OneCommand Manager into VMware vCenter, enabling more efficient and centralized administration of Emulex adapters in ESX and ESXi environments. IT administrators can leverage OneCommand Manager’s powerful suite of configuration, diagnostic and administrative tools to help optimize network performance and availability, increase productivity and reduce operating costs for VMware host systems.

Used in conjunction with Emulex OneConnect 10Gb/s Ethernet Adapters, OCM for VMware can also facilitate the centralized selection, upgrade and configuration of standard NIC and NIC/FCoE protocol support to meet changing infrastructure needs. This enables organizations to deploy a 10Gb/s Ethernet Adapter today and upgrade to FCoE when they are ready to converge.
