Program Overview

• OneBucks™ is an incentive program element offered exclusively to dealers who participate in TireOne® or TreadPros® programs.

• Participants are offered incentive dollars through the program in return for selling select tire brand tread patterns.

• This program requires no paperwork as it offers 100% electronic registration and participation.

• The Nationwide Road Hazard Warranty included with your TireOne or TreadPros fees is the foundation for OneBucks.

• The program offers reduced turn-around time for payout, better incentive tracking and increased profit incentive for the dealer.

Participation

• Dealers who are in good credit standing with US AutoForce and meeting their associate tire dealer program levels are eligible to participate.

• It is assumed that all TireOne and TreadPros dealer associates may earn incentives unless an authorized dealer representative instructs US AutoForce to the contrary.

• Dealer Associates/Participant’s earnings will be tracked and will be recorded for tax purposes.

• 1099 forms will be mailed to all participants annually based on qualified earnings in excess of $600.

The Dealership Principle or decision maker needs to register to activate their dealership and check the box to opt in and allow incentives for their employees

Processing Schedule

How do you qualify?

• Once a dealership principle has registered for the program, dealership associates are automatically qualified.

• Each eligible tire must be registered for the Nationwide Road Hazard Warranty offered through the TireOne and TreadPros warranty link found on the US AutoForce WIP site.

• The Warranty registration page requires 100% completion to be eligible. Information includes but is not limited to: • Customer name and contact information (information for dealer use only)

• Tire replacement vehicle’s: Year, make, model and mileage at time of replacement

• Tire brand, tread pattern name and COMPLETE DOT #’s for each tire

• The warranty site will capture pertinent customer & tire information as well as record sales associate information and earning potential.

Incentives

• Associates can only qualify for incentives by registering customers for the Road Hazard Program. This drives revenue incentive for the dealer, while encouraging associates to sell/offer warranties with tire sales.

• Incentives may vary from month to month based on season and TireOne/TreadPros marketing plans.

• Incentive offerings are under the sole discretion of US AutoForce and are subject to change without notice

Tires eligible for OneBucks incentive will automatically be indicated and logged after submission of warranty form

Step 4 - Approval

• At the end of each month:• An earnings file will be compiled for each participating dealership• On the first Monday of each month, an email will be sent to the dealership

principle prompting them to review and approve the previous month’s incentive earnings.

• The authorized dealership principle must “approve” the list by the second Monday of each month. Must review for eligible associates and confirming that the eligible tires were purchased from US AutoForce.

• Once the file is “approved” by the dealership contact:• new associates to the program will be contacted via email for registration of personal

information for tax purposes and earnings will be credited to their account.• Repeat associates from previous months will receive an automatic incentive credit to

their account based on this months earnings.• Earnings will be posted approximately 3 days after the 2nd Monday of the month.

Step 5 - Rewards

PLEASE NOTE: First time users will receive a WELCOME EMAIL with a unique username and password at the end of the first full month of earning approved rewards. Access to the rewards site is not authorized until you have received that information.
