For Interior Lighting:The angle of max candela fromeach interior luminaire shall notexit out through the windows. ORAll non-emergency interior lightingshall be automatically controlled toturn off during non-business hours.

For Exterior Lighting: Do not exceed 80% of the LPDs

for exterior areas and 50% forbuilding facades and landscapefeatures as specified inASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1-2004, without amendments.

Limits have been set (by IESNA

Lighting Zone) for illuminance atsite boundaries, fall off ofilluminance outside of siteboundaries and total uplight.

Have no luminaire, of 50watts or greater, withuplight or show that lessthan 5% of light emittedby all exterior luminairesreaches the night sky onan annual basis.

The direction of maxintensity for all interiorluminaires must fallwithin the building (notstriking a window).

The direction of maxintensity for all exteriorluminaires must fallwithin the property.

Shield all luminaires thatare within 2.5MH of theproperty line.

Meet or be lower than lightlevels in IESNA RP-33-99.

Shield all exterior luminaireswith initial lamp lumens over1000 lumens.

All exterior luminaires withinitial lamp lumens over3,500 must be IESNA FullCutoff.

The direction of maxintensity for all interiorluminaires must fall withinthe building (not striking awindow).

All exterior lighting within 2.5mounting heights of the

property boundary cannotemit light off of the property.
