With every breath, we accept being here, clothed in human bodies upon this planet, earth. Aplanet so named to prevent confusion between ourselves and other large masses in space. Weagree to relate to our physical bodies in ways that allow them to support us, as beings seekingexperience within three dimensions. We sense through our bodies their supposed needs andaccommodate them to the best of our ability. In doing so we have become familiar with a smallpercentage of some of the attributes of this incredible planet and the amazing capacities ofourselves.

We seek understanding via externalised body centred experiences. Extracting these experiencesand all that is involved from earth and all it encompasses as though it and others are not directlyconnected to our own well being at all. This experiential extraction has been so excessivelyaccommodated without consideration for the extreme costs to our planet's and others' wellbeing, for far too long. These actions impose an ever more rapidly encroaching ultimate demise. Actionslacking balance, actions made in disharmony, actions showing disrespect and incomprehensionof what love and it's relationship is to all that we know; these actions taken in the name ofexperience are at the root of our predicament at this time on this planet.

We have so dissociated ourselves from our planet that our relationship with it has eroded intonarcissistic trancelike addiction to behaviours that we have not learnt to move beyond. Theseaddictions have gone viral and hold us ransom til we change our focus or destroy our planet andourselves. We continue to mine for fossil fuels when our sun, wind, water and electromagneticfrequencies can provide us with alternative energy sources. We continue to hold nationalboundaries when we are all of one species upon one planet. We continue to wage political warsof possession and power over where only a few benefit and the remaining majority suffer theinjustices of such irrational behaviours. We continue to submit to hierarchical structures whendominance is no longer a healthy tool. Dissociation in any form abstracts the living relationshipsbetween all things. Nothing exists in true isolation, we are not separate from each other, ourplanet or anything else known to us. The lack of well being of the planet affects us as much asour lack of well being affects the planet and every 'other' that exists upon it. There is no time toremain in the illusion of separation.

Our focus is at the crux of every matter we bring to life; we bring to life everything we focus upon.We are not short of brilliant inspiration every day of our lives. We are not alone in our impulses tobring balance and harmony back into the way we conduct business, friendship, education, politics, healing ourselves, and all human endeavours. We are all capable of reaching inside firstto expose fragili ty, vulnerability, inspiration, love and far greater knowing than we currentlychoose to avail ourselves of. Choosing what we focus on either procreates life or destroys it.Everything in between sheds varying amounts of light on the path in one direction or the other.

To every choice there is a cost, a price, an exchange; earth is a dualistic learning plane. Creatingthe best we can be begs us to step up to whatever that is at every moment not just in somemoments some of the time. When stepping up becomes less daunting the nature of letting go ofwhat no longer works naturally, becomes easier and clinging to the comfort of the past slips morereadily into just being here right now and being able to respond to life in ways that areuncluttered by the dead weight of thinking and emotion. Freshly awakened to energy that isunhampered by constricting parameters permits us to engage with the unknown without fear andto act with unconditional love. Many of the inadequacies we embody hide abundance from usuntil habits like hoarding and beliefs in lack drop away. When we open up to our inventiveness, creativity and working in deep and meaningful ways in relationship to earth, others and ourselves

we choose forms that also embody formlessness as part of their being, we allow the resonance ofthe unknown to become known and realise that expression of it is only possible when we are notgrasping for it to be known by us in a limited way. We must give up the need to measure thatwhich cannot be measured and learn to know the difference. Allowing all that is to become allthat we are releases us from separation and finally we are inclusive of all that can be.

In order to form new ways of experiencing ourselves as beings we must risk stepping forwardand not knowing what that might mean, stepping forward without parameters right now. Steppingtoward that unknown is what brings it into focus. Allowing what is possible to be unhindered bywhat has gone before races us surprisingly into a closer more intimate relationship witheverything, because we no longer suffer the barriers of isolation and separation. Everything ismerely distinct when it is not seen as separate and informs all else as a matter of course throughrelationship not through separation. A ball is still a ball but it's ballness is always in context withit's origins, connections in the now and it's future self all in the same moment because it isimpossible for it to exist in any moment without all of it's evolution and interconnectedness withlife on earth, in order for it to even exist right here right now.

Being here requires us to breathe in all that is and to breathe out all that can be. How we nameand describe that experience is via translational definitions which are only necessary up until wemove beyond their isolating contexts into formless knowing, a state that lights up the realms ofseparative knowledge and releases us into timeless, dimensionless being, into a womblikeexistence of perpetual creativity a place within which we are enabled to regenerate the planet, ourselves and all otherness into states far beyond mere wellbeing. Possibility is endless. Ourplanet and it's possibilities are encompassed within our own.

I have come to know this through years of contemplation, meditation, experimentation, thousandsof books, trillions of experiences, trolling through the extremes of emotion, relationship, ecstasyand suicidal failures enough to know that none of these words were ever my own but over timethey meshed to become my knowing. I belong to nothing and no one. This body may eventuallydissolve but the essence of it remains constantly beyond all that we think we might be. Let's steptogether beyond the tethers of thought, and continue to create never ending potentials for thewellbeing of all beings and one planet worth keeping.
