Background Information• New Empire is a rock band from Sydney,

Australia.

• Black Stump Music and Arts Festival, Big Exo Day, Youth Alive Tour, Parachute Music Festival and two Australian Tours.

• Opening acts for many artists/bands such as Stan Walker, Good Charlotte and Owl City.

• Two studio albums “Come with me tonight” and “Symmetry”

• Song ‘One Heart/Million Voices’ was selected as the official theme song for the 2012 Summer Olympics on Australian TV.

Why it inspires me?

Julius Achon

• Grew up in poor village in Uganda

• Kidnapped by L.R.A

• Forced to fight as a child soldier

• Won the Junior World Championships

• “Love Mercy Uganda Foundation”

Conclusion- Most main stream artists don’t convey heart felt messages

like Julius’ story.

- Video raises much needed awareness for the problems happening in Uganda today.

- The lyrics inspire me to savour every moment that we have today because we don’t know what our future will look like and to achieve my goals and dreams.

- Professional and simple video, which shows the story of two athletes and also showcasing the band, which sends message across to audiences as a serious matter.
