After submitting your application you will receive an Application ID within 24 hours over the email you provided in the Application Form.

You are soon going to a be a part of the global IT economy after your graduation, hence, you must have a passport. If you already have it just enter you passport number in the application form. However, if don’t have it, no worries, the Indian Government has made obtaining a passport a very smooth and convenient process through a public private partnership with Tata Consultancy Limited (TCS). You can simply apply online and visiting your nearest Passport Seva Kendra or Regional Passport Office.

The last date to email us a scanned copy of your valid Passport is 15 June, 2015. Check out some of the following links for more information on obtaining an Indian Passport.

Though you might have sufficient time to get a passport issued, we would still advice you to apply in the Tatkal Scheme. To help you with that, as soon as you pay part 1 of the Program Fee to block you seat, we will send you supporting documents, an Application Acceptance Letter and an Invitation Letter, to justify your Tatkal Visa application and make it even quicker for you to obtain an Indian Passport.

b Since this is a limited enrollment program, with only 50 seats available, you need to at least make the initial partial payment to block your seat before April 30, 2015 while you complete rest of the process at your pace by the given deadlines.

The Program Fee can be paid via making a NEFT or RTGS transfer through your online net banking account or by visiting your closest bank branch; can be paid via Cheque or DD which you can drop in our Current Account at any HDFC Branch nationwide; can be paid through a secure online CCAvenue Payment Gateway on our website, using your debit card or credit card.

If you pay your fee through Bank transfer or Cheque / DD, you need to send us your Transaction ID or Deposit Slip over email ([email protected]) so that we can send you your Order ID after receiving the payment, however, if you pay the Program Fee online you will get an Order Number automatically over your email within 24 hours.

You can choose to pay the fee in two parts for your convenience, Part 1 before April 30, 2015 and Part 2 before May 25; or choose to pay it in full before April 30, 2015 to get Early Bird discount of INR 3000. Please note that all payments are non refundable.

It is easy to get a Singapore e-Visa, without any visa interview or Biometrics. You can apply online and get it through a registered Singapore Visa agent. According to the consulate the processing time for the e-Visa for Indian citizens is 1 working day (excluding the date of submission, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). However, you must apply as early as possible to be safe, as some applications may take a longer time to process.

Get Yourself Insured Deadline: May 30, 2015

It is mandatory for the NTU-CCE Summer Program 2015, Singapore, participants to get travel and medical insurance, which is a case for traveling to any good foreign university. However, the insurance is for the benefit of the participant only. a

Once you get your insurance you need to email us the details of your travel insurance latest by May 30, 2015 on [email protected] quoting either your Application ID or the Summer Program Enrollment ID.

You can choose to take medical and travel insurance separately or a combined travel insurance plan, which usually includes decent medical coverage as well. However, we would suggest you choose only reputed national insurance service providers and evaluate the plans as per your needs before committing to any. You can also take the insurance completely online on the service provider’s website, without any need to visit any place or getting any medical checkup and the insurance can be done usually within one working day.

Following are the key documents, forms and declarations required for your successful enrollment in the Summer Program. • Personal Declaration by the Candidate (Signed by Candidate) (In case the candidate is a minor, the declaration has to be signed by a parent or guardian as well)

• Parent or Guardian Declaration Form and NOC (Signed by one of your parents or an acting guardian) • Bonafide Student Certificate (Signed by either college Dean, Director, HOD or T&P Cell Head)

• Recent Passport Size Color Photograph • Valid College ID • Front and Back Pages of Your Valid Passport • Singapore Visa

• Also don’t forget to email us a copy of your Travel and Medical Insurance by May 30, 2015

Get your packing done, get ready to for the program and keep an eye on the application deadlines and the program calendar. a

Plan a budget for your trip and buy Singapore Dollars (Currency notes and Travel Currency Card) considering for your meals, shopping lists and weekend plans. Brush-up your technology basics and remember to carry your laptop for the Summer Program.

Activate International roaming plan for Singapore on your mobile or you can also buy a calling card in Singapore itself and call your family and friends using pay phones, you can also rent a phone in Singapore for the duration of your stay. Further, email, GTalk, Skype and other Video Calling apps are always available as you will have wi-fi access in the campus.
