One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest Unit

Ken Kesey’s book is the subject of this unit. One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest is a modern classic set in an insane asylum. Students will have daily reading assignments, and we’ll analyze the book thoroughly in class. The unit will end with a showing of the Oscar winning film of the same title. Because of its “R” rating, however, parents must give permission for their children to view the film. The letter can be downloaded and printed out below.
