Hope you celebrated the start of 2014 in good spirits with family and friends. Now that we are more than a month into the New Year, it would be great to take few moments out and have a quick look back. The last year was special in so many ways and we heartily thank you for your support,

perseverance and loyalty which made it so.“2013” will be remembered as a year of great challenges - as well as great accomplishments.

The last year marked some of our major organizational decisions including our historic shift from the old Corporate office to an all new one, our investment in processes that enhanced our business capabilities, the transition from the erstwhile ERP system to a robust, secured and detailed ERP- Microsoft Dynamics Navision, the integration of the One Leap Team within 1neoteric, to name a few. It also witnessed the start of our crucial 2.0 campaign led by the NMCC that followed our Annual Kick- Off Meet held in July. This campaign boosted the spirit of the neoteric Premier League (NPL) contest launched during the Kick-Off Meet and effectively enabled us to imbibe the right attitude required for organizational and personal excellence. “2013” was also when we enhanced our value-added offerings by taking our solutions and services to the next level. We had major wins both in terms of vendor sign-ups as well as customer acquisitions; we actively took the market-approach and showcased the solution offerings by participating in events like Interop, Broadcast and Infocomm. In 2014, we aim to build on this success and fulfill our vision of becoming the ‘Nation’s Most Preferred, Best-In-Class, Profitable Technology Value-Added Distributor’ and create new markets. Very importantly,“2013” was indeed also the year of the much-planned Diwali Family Get Together @ 1neoteric - our Second Home that helped us bond not just as “1neoteric Family” but also connect with Family Members of all 1neotericians- our extended Family.

These achievements have given us a strong foundation for the future and we have entered the New Year with purpose, and meaningful goals. Equally important is to mention what has not changed: our commitment to our customer and our values that guide us all along. With need to continue chasing our goals with the 2.0 spirit. The New Year is fast unfolding and we would still say, Welcome to 2014, dear 1neotericians as this is just the beginning of a whole new year; we have big opportunities in front of us this year and we need to seize them all with renewed energy and direction.

At 1neoteric, we strive to see you enjoy your work, scale up your capabilities and grow unstoppably. Thanks to the efforts of our teams and the support from their respective families, we have miles to go... So, keep it coming for a great year ahead! It means so much to us. NTS showcases offeringsneoteric saw a flurry of activities in the latter half of 2013 which included NTS’s

participation at Infocomm India 2013, Broadcast India 2013 and Interop 2013, all in a row

and the launch of ‘neoteric In Your City’, to name a few. At Infocomm, the NTS Team

showcased products, solutions and services that included leading brands like AJA, Alcatel-

Lucent, AMX, Cybernetyx, Harman, Kramer, LG, Matrox, NEC, Panasonic, Polycom and

Wallflower while at Broadcast India, the brands were AJA, Canon, Dell, LG, Matrox,

Promise and Wacom. At Interop, it was Alcatel-Lucent, AMX, Dell, Emerson, Leviton, LG

and Wallflower. With in-depth training and live demonstrations, our Team helped visitors

explore and understand how new transformative technologies can be put to practice and

integrated, to avail maximum benefits.

Meanwhile, we resumed with our Xplore & Evolve events for Intel in Ranchi and Raipur to

generate awareness for Intel products and solutions amongst the partner community, train

them on how to position and upsell the products in the market, and help them work towards

better business understanding and growth. Previously, we had conducted similar events for

Intel in Surat, Coimbatore, Patna, Jammu and Guwahati.

Xplore & Evolve for Intel

OND- 2013 saw us aggressively bolstering our channel-empowerment plans and engaging more and more with partners and customers. We

launched ‘neoteric in your city’ (NIYC) in November 2013 as an all-new initiative to provide an impetus to our channel-engagement plan

across cities, empower our branches to identify new business opportunities and also communicate about our product portfolio in different

locations. As part of ‘NIYC’, trained promoters with our ‘Sales Champs’ visit different cities/markets and connect with the channel partners

there. The campaign kick started in Hyderabad and Chennai in November and eventually covered pan-India locations in December which

included Gurgaon, Ludhiana, Bhatinda, Patiala, Madurai, Salem, Rajkot, Jaipur, Dehradun, Patna, Bhopal, Raipur and Pondicherry; Lava,

Lenovo, Wacom and LaCie products were included during the same.

This platform will propel our traction with existing partners and retailers, and

expand our market-reach with newer partners.

F1’s MRM event in Delhi F1 conducted its three-day MRM (Management Review Meet) event, “Transform 2

Succeed”, on 24th Oct. in Delhi. In his speech, Shammi Moza spoke about the growth

opportunities in the IT/ Mobile sector and how F1 needs to be known as the trusted service

center in IT/ Mobile sector. He also unveiled F1’S new logo. Paras Shah mentioned how F1’s

belief of being Simple, Clean and Honest is based on the 3 important Principles of Trust,

Reliability & Assurance. He added that F1 should be THE BEST in the industry in terms of

manpower, retention and customer-service. By alluding to the classic examples of Indigo

airlines and Café Coffee Day (CCD), he emphasized how F1 should soon become a name to

reckon with. Alongside presentations by Paras Shah and F1’s Directors, the event included

presentations (product team, regional and interdepartmental) by many F1 members.

F1 members were divided into 5 teams with Bollywood- centric names - F1 Express, Chak De F1, U ME Aur F1, Special F1 and Gangs of F1,

and a lot of interactive activities like games, quiz contest, screening of inspirational videos etc. were conducted amongst them. F1 members

had a great ‘bonding’ time during the Gala Dinner on the 2nd day of the event. All F1 Members who performed well in 2012-13 were felicitated

during the Awards Night that day. The entire Team from Delhi Corporate office attended the same. The 3rd day marked the launch of F1’s

new ERP (‘SMART’) for better management of customer services, inventory & warehouse, service operations and finance.

During the Diwali time in November, we extended our support to less privileged children by

contributing clothes, food etc. Earlier in the year, together with Save The Children- India, we

assembled and set up PCs for few underprivileged students to facilitate the availability of PCs

and enable computer literacy amongst them. The sight of sheer happiness on their faces while

sitting at their workstations was indeed overwhelming !

Diwali Celebrations@1neotericDuring the ‘Diwali’ time, just as every house is

decorated so was our second home- 1neoteric.

On the eve of Diwali, the offices of

1neoteric were abuzz with fun-filled activities

which culminated into the much-planned Diwali

Get Together of 1neotericians & Families about

a week later, on the 9th of Nov., 2013. Various

competitions like Rangoli, Creativity & Craft,

Drawing Competition for Little 1neotericians

(‘Chhotu Ka Kamaal’), Mithaai Making

Competition etc. were conducted which added

excitement to the festive mood.

PAN India

On the 9th, the Hospitality Team extended a warm welcome to the families and the

character of Krissh (played by Sandeep Dhuli) stationed himself at the entrance to entertain

all Little 1neotericians the very moment they stepped into our second home. The evening

commenced with the neoteric Anthem (“Itni Shakti Hamei De Na Daata…”) and Lighting of

the Lamp by Harshad Shah, Paras Shah, Dipti Shah and Sharda Shah. In his opening note, PHS

welcomed neoteric and all its associate companies - F1, Plus Plus and One Leap, along

with their respective families and thanked all of them for coming together as ONE FAMILY.

The event became an instant hit with the power-packed performances by the talented

1neotericians and their family-members. This included singing, dancing, lucky- draws,

extempore character-impersonations etc. The little 1neotericians together rocked the stage

with their 'lungi dance'; little Niharika Srinivas danced beautifully to 'Radha kaise na jale…’

Siddhant Singh soulfully rendered the bhajan, ‘Achutam Keshvam’ while Heet Jhaveri presented

his melodious piano performance. Prarthana Choudhury pleased the audience with her

melodious singing of ‘lag ja gale’ and peppy rendition of ‘Ye mera dil’, Minal Pashte impressed

them with her energetic latkas -n -jhatkas on the Malvani song, ‘Kolhapur chi mirchi’, and

Mahesh Bhave and his spouse presented a well-coordinated salsa performance on the very

popular song ‘…Kyun ki tum hi ho’. Harshad Tank took the effort of dressing up as a Navy

officer to attract the Little 1neotericians Besides these, there were group performances by the

neoteric team ‘The Rising Stars’ and Team F1 on the Lungi dance song..

The family members of 1neotericians got a chance to understand “1neoteric” better while

watching the AV presentations created and displayed especially for the occasion. The AVs were

based on pertinent themes, namely, ‘A day in a life of a 1neoterician’, ‘Work-play-live-laugh’,

‘Journey of neoteric’ and ‘Bonding- dosti @ neoteric’ One of the key event-highlights was the

felicitation of those deserving 1neotericians with the REACH (Reliability, Execution, Attitude,

Commitment and Honesty) Awards, who performed outstandingly during the year. The winners of

the Rangoli, Garba, Art and Craft etc. competitions were also announced. A special open DJ was

arranged for the evening; 1neotericians and their families let themselves loose on the dance floor

and danced till they dropped!

The evening’s Grand Dinner comprised a mix of delectable, mouth-watering South-

Indian and North Indian dishes and desserts that pampered our taste-buds and enticed

even the most calorie-conscious ones from amongst us, to break free of diet-

resolutions!

The closing note was presented by Dipti Shah who thanked everyone for the support

in putting the event together. She expressed special gratitude towards their families

and said that without their presence and cooperation, this would not have been

possible. She highlighted how the dedicated Diwali Committee members and

participants planned and rehearsed and even worked on weekends to ensure that the

event was a success.

As we dispersed from the office, we all felt proud about being a part of the 1neoteric

family, and savored our families’ responses manifested by their smiles and words of

contentment and gratitude.

At other locations as well, all 1neotericians got together as ONE

FAMILY and celebrated the festival in a similar manner.
