Anyone who has been saved by active faith is a new creature in Christ Jesus (2Corinthians 5:17) having the Holy Spirit (John 3:5, Titus 3:5, and 1 Thessalonians4:8), and now wants to live for Christ. Luther, Zwingli, and Calvin among otherProtestants have said a person can never lose their salvation by or for anythingdone. What about the blasphemy of the Holy Ghost? This happened in Jesus' timewith those who spoke against him as a evil doer. That can occur when one is savedthen turns around rejecting their salvation by speaking evil continuously againstGod, and then the Holy Ghost departs them. Even as it left King Saul and a evil

spirit troubled him because he forsook God. These are the same type thatpersecuted the Jewish people, kept the trinity, and the false idea of inheritedsin or the original sin doctrine. Some say that the bible, scriptures, or word ofGod would be in error if they are not once saved and aways saved. But what doesthe word of God really teach? Let us look at the words of Jesus in "The Parable ofthe Sower." Luke 8:5-8 A sower went out to sow his seed: and as he sowed, somefell by the way side; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devouredit. And some fell upon a rock; and as soon as it was sprung up, it withered away, because it lacked moisture. And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprang upwith it, and choked it. 8:8 And other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and barefruit an hundredfold. And the explanation of these verses by Jesus now. Luke 8:11-15 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. Those by the way side arethey that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their

hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for awhile believe, and in time of temptation fall away. And that which fell amongthorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with caresand riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection. But thaton the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard theword, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience. Here one can receive the wordor seed but yet bring no fruit unto perfection. These received the truth but fellaway because of the love of the world. Love not the world, neither the things thatare in the world. 1 John 2:15-17 If any man love the world, the love of the Fatheris not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lustof the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. Andthe world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God

abideth for ever. Titus 2:11-13 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hathappeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, weshould live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking forthat blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our SaviourJesus Christ. Luke 17:32 Remember Lots wife. Jesus was showing all that thoughshe was once delivered, her (act of disobedience) sin of looking back and lovingthe world, it condemned her and she was turned into a pillar of salt. Luke 9:62And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and lookingback, is fit for the kingdom of God. Mark 13:13 And ye shall be hated of all menfor my names sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall besaved. When we apply Jesus name to all things to include our baptism, even thetrinitarians hate you for his name sake. Colossians 3:17 And whatsoever ye do inword or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the

Father by him. Also we must endure, be steadfast, or remain faithful unto the end.Hebrews 10:26-29,37 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received theknowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certainfearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour theadversaries. He that despised Moses law died without mercy under two or threewitnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of thecovenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite untothe Spirit of grace? Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back,my soul shall have no pleasure in him. What about Judas Iscariot? He committedsuicide by hanging himself on a tree because he felt guilty. Jesus said this of

him knowing all things and that Judas would betray and then kill himself. Matthew26:24 The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whomthe Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born.2 Peter 2:21-22 For it had been better for them not to have known the way ofrighteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandmentdelivered unto them. But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb,The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to herwallowing in the mire. We Gentiles were called dogs by Jesus and we also were

commanded to not throw our Pearl of Great Value to swine. Both the letter of Judeand the whole chapter of second Peter 2 are nearly the same in condemnation ofbacksliders or those who once obeyed the truth. Jude 1:5-14 I will therefore putyou in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved thepeople out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. Andthe angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, hehath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the greatday. Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, givingthemselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth foran example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Likewise also these filthydreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities. YetMichael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the bodyof Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord

rebuke thee. But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but whatthey know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves. Woeunto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the errorof Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core. These are spots inyour feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear:clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruitwithereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots; Raging waves of thesea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved theblackness of darkness for ever. Both Ananias and his wife Sapphira once were savedyet died in their sin. Ecclesiastes 11:3 If the clouds be full of rain, they emptythemselves upon the earth: and if the tree fall toward the south, or toward thenorth, in the place where the tree falleth, there it shall be. In other words, whatever state you die in, therein you will remain. Ezekiel 33:7-20 So thou, O

son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thoushalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me. When I say unto thewicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn thewicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood willI require at thine hand. Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turnfrom it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thouhast delivered thy soul. Therefore, O thou son of man, speak unto the house ofIsrael; Thus ye speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, andwe pine away in them, how should we then live? Say unto them, As I live, saith theLord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turnfrom his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die,O house of Israel? Therefore, thou son of man, say unto the children of thypeople, The righteousness of the righteous shall not deliver him in the day of his

transgression: as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall thereby inthe day that he turneth from his wickedness; neither shall the righteous be ableto live for his righteousness in the day that he sinneth. When I shall say to therighteous, that he shall surely live; if he trust to his own righteousness, andcommit iniquity, all his righteousnesses shall not be remembered; but for hisiniquity that he hath committed, he shall die for it. Again, when I say unto thewicked, Thou shalt surely die; if he turn from his sin, and do that which islawful and right; If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live,he shall not die. None of his sins that he hath committed shall be mentioned untohim: he hath done that which is lawful and right; he shall surely live. Yet the

children of thy people say, The way of the Lord is not equal: but as for them, their way is not equal. When the righteous turneth from his righteousness, andcommitteth iniquity, he shall even die thereby. But if the wicked turn from hiswickedness, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall live thereby. Yet yesay, The way of the Lord is not equal. O ye house of Israel, I will judge youevery one after his ways. Romans 8:31-37 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own Son, butdelivered

him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Whoshall lay any thing to the charge of Gods elect? It is God that justifieth. Whois he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. Whoshall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, orpersecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, Forthy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for theslaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him thatloved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, norprincipalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love ofGod, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Nothing can separate us from God exceptourselves. Here Paul says neither people, places, or things can or will keep us

from God. The one thing not listed is ourself as we can fail to love God with allour heart, soul, mind, and strength. Even as King Solomon turned after wickednessthough being saved, and died lost. God created us all with a free will to believehim or live in a state of unbelief. What Paul is saying that once saved nothingcan take us away from God, that is if we continue in his word. John 8:31-32 Thensaid Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, thenare ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall makeyou free. Paul was worried that he too could become a castaway or love thispresent world above God, even as Demas (a former convert to Christ and fellowcompanion of Paul's) did. 1 Corinthians 9:27 But I keep under my body, and bringit into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, Imyself should be a castaway. 2 Timothy 4:10 For Demas hath forsaken me, havingloved this present world, and is departed unto Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia,

Titus unto Dalmatia. Paul (the Apostle to the Gentiles) also wrote these words.Philippians 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in mypresence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation withfear and trembling. They agree with Peter's (the Apostle to the Jews) witness.Acts 2:38-42 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of youin the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive thegift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and toall that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call. And with manyother words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untowardgeneration. Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the sameday there were added unto them about three thousand souls. And they continuedsteadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. We are not saved by our own works but by our acting faith and his

grace. And we are made to bring forth fruit or good works. John 15:1-8,16 I amthe true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that bearethnot fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, thatit may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I havespoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit ofitself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I amthe vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the samebringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not inme, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and castthem into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide inyou, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is my Father

glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. Ye have notchosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bringforth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask ofthe Father in my name, he may give it you. Ephesians 2:8-10 For by grace are yesaved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not ofworks, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in ChristJesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.We are never commanded to believe and be baptized in Jesus name and then do

nothing! We are to tell or bring the good news to the whole world of theEverlasting Gospel of God. This is our high calling. See Mark 16:15-17. After allthe world hears the truth then the end will come. Jesus said, "Occupy till I come"(back). We all must rightly divide and use the whole word and council of God.There are many more scriptures and examples available, but what was presented hereis enough. John 21:25 And there are also many other things which Jesus did, thewhich, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itselfcould not contain the books that should be written. Amen.
