“I now have great memories of Israel, Jordan and our group. I am inspired to look up things on the internet which keep the feelings of the trip going. I met some wonderful people and have been invited to Switzerland as a result. Sam and Zeev are too extremely knowledgeable individuals with incredible memories with much information to pass on. They were so kind and helpful if someone was ill and needed special attention or a lift back to the hotel. They are also both lovely guys and are sadly missed. The accommodation on the trip was very good. The food at Inbar kibbutz was out of this world. It was all vegan, delicious in taste texture and beautiful to look at. I am a meat eater and am inspired to try some vegan cooking because of the wonderful tastes and the addition of more variety in my cooking. We had lovely buffets of hot cooked meats, fish and vegetables, salads, olives, houmous and tahini, rice and couscous and much more in other hotels. Our coach drivers were great and so helpful and our Jordan guide was a very cheerful and motivated young man. As for the tour it was so interesting and such a great experience to remember when you are back home. The Galilee, Golan Heights and Jerusalem were such a contrast. Wadi Rum and Petra were really special. This was a holiday of a lifetime for me and it has provided enduring memories.”
