Put the Community Management App to WorkWith the App, onboarding, provisioning and change management processes can be created as fully automated processes. This includes message-validation for all industry standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X.12, NACHA, SWIFT ISO 20022, AECMA, BAI, CII, ebXML, EBICS (T&TS), HL7, SEPA (ISO 20022), SAP iDoc1, RosettaNet, and TRADACOMS. It entails communication testing for protocols like AS2 and OFTP2 as well as simple self-service data validation.

This begins with importing current connections into the App. The App can be seamlessly integrated into existing infrastructures via REST API and can send and receive data via definable interfaces to existing systems. Existing processes do not require changes because the App orchestrates the handoff between the different systems and interfaces. Once a project is defined, like onboarding new customers, a process can be designed along with easily customizable templates to structure how the activity should be performed.

For example:

• An email with a survey-like form can be sent out to all new partners outlining what information is required for them starting the connection process.

• A reporting view enables the project manager to track progress on the current project.

• Flexible use of functional modules to manage different project aspects like pre-defined onboarding, self-service templates and tools to create new templates.

• Our white label solution allows for customization of its appearance, such as adding a corporate identity – regardless if it is used on-premise or as a cloud solution.
