During a sailing competition you can witness a variety of behaviours that give you food for thought on: team dynamics, leadership, job roles,

he is forced to take on important responsabilities complying with the roles onboard.

Our teambuildings onboard are unique and unforgettable experiences that envolve deeply all participants. Our new product “Organizational

development and improvement shipyard” is an innovative human resources tool focused on Hr development and empowerment designed

together with the coach and trainer Olimpia Ponno, who works in the corporate event industry and in the training industry since 1992 both

at a national and international level. Through the activity on a sailing boat and its engagement rules, the “shipyard” focuses on the building

process of a team. All participants are integrated in an organizational development and empowerment process whose goals, strategies,

results and performance indicators experienced both onboard and on land are in continuous evolution. The duration of this process is

approximately from six months to one year so that the recreational aspect of the sailing activity is integrated in the process that measures

the return on objectives, the return on investments and the communication efficiency.

COACHING & TRAINING

Training onboard helps to clarify the vision, beliefs, and values of people stimulating changes within their organizations. The people who work

We create a team of people living closely together, united by the same

passion for sailing and for the sea. Through the organization of regattas

we promote not only the value of sport but also the territory; we support

the needs of each single actor involved in a regatta: sailors, ship owners,

sponsors, journalists, and guests.

REGATTA ORGANIZATION

We design, plan and develop single regattas or the participation in national and international

circuits for privates, companies and public organizations. We take care of all the organizational

aspects at sea: boats, ribs,regatta committee, regatta documents, ratings, technical briefing with

all participants, regatta field placing, and registrations; on land: logistics, open village,

merchandising, hospitality and award ceremony.

SPONSORSHIPS

We design sponsorships projects together with our clients to provide an additional and innovative

communication platform in order to produce new content and reach new audiences. Sponsorships

in the nautical world strengthen both your brand image and positioning. We suggest our clients

the event, the team or the athlete that represents them most.

CREW MANAGEMENT

We organize and manage teams to participate at national and international races such as one-

design classes and offshore regattas like Rolex Cup or Barcolana.

SOCIAL CAMPAIGNS

We organize sports and cultural events related to social campaigns many of

which are designed to raise public awareness on issues like environment

protection, blue economy, responsible nautical ecotourism.

Sailing activities are also an effective educational tool used for therapeutic rehabilitation and

social integration especially for those people who have dealt with physical or mental disease or

those who have experienced a social disadvantage.

We contributed in developing several training projects like the one for Action Aid ”I eat

Everything! No food in the garbage“; the project of FIDAS - Italian Federation of the Blood

Donor Associations - “Coast to Coast” to develop and increase volounteering actions and to

raise public awareness around this crucial theme; “Dolci Marinai” a project to prove that

diabetes, when under control, does not prevent sport activity.

The sailing therapy project “ Una vita d’aMare” (A Life to Love) has been designed, planned and

developed together with the Cancer Institute in Milan and with AMI - Italy Sea Assistance - with

the aim of giving patients, who obtained good results in medical tests, the possibility to live an

experience that combined a journey at sea and a group therapy, in order to enable them to regain

control of their lives.

SAILING AND COOKING….ALONG THE COASTS OF THE

MEDITERRANEAN SEA

A wonderful journey with the perfect balance between sailing,

great food and breathtaking views during which the participants

will challenge each other in sailing activities and culinary activities,

under the leadership and supervision of qualified skippers and

starred Italian chefs. Kitchens with narrow spaces, little stability,

limited kitchenware and little water available. Unusual places and

not always optimal weather conditions. All these elements and

many others will put to the test both chefs and guests.

STORY-BOAT

A perfect tool to tell the story of your company, to explain your

product design and to engage your people. Each company will

build a journey of 1 or 2 days, with tests that will give the

opportunity to the group to develop either a product/project, or

to innovate the vision of their workgroup, team or company.

Through the gamification you will learn new techniques,

behaviors and skills relevant to the development of a spirit of

innovation and research of novelty, applying them to specific

business aims.

MINI MAXI AND MAXI YACHT

Your events on board of mini maxi yachts (from 70 to 79 ft) or maxi

yachts (from 80 to 100 ft). Highly competitive boats, successful and

with a rich palmarés. Technologically sofisticated yachts with a

charming design. “F1 cars” that offer the same emotions of the

dinghies! Ideal both for teambuildings and sponsorships in national

and international circuits or for networking events.

LOCATION

Thanks to Cristiana Monina’s twenty-year experience in the nautical

world as professional skipper, we built up a wide network with yacht

clubs and marinas all over the Mediterranean Sea. Our deep

knowledge of the regatta fields, marinas and venues, garantee an

efficient and thorough planning of your event, taking into account

also the organization of all the services on ground related to it.

INSIDE A REGATTA

MATCH RACE

The match race is pure competition, a challenge between two boats absolutely identical,

exchanged by competitors during the “round-robin” where each team has to come up against

all the others and the winners will compete again in the semi-finals and finals. The races are on

a short path and last maximum 15 minutes . All crews will compete against the others. There

could be an extra boat used as “gallery” to watch the races of the other competitors and also as

a space to relax and live networking moments between one race and the other. Ribs will be used

for the crew changes.

FLEET REGATTA

The fleet race sees more vessels at the same time on the start line. Either one-design boats

that is abosolutely identical or offshore boats . The race format can last from 15 minutes

to 1 hour or more than a day depending on the length of the regatta field. Each vessel is

assigned a rating (penalty) applied to the time taken to complete the race, in order to draw

up a ranking and have the winner. There could be an extra boat when the crews are more

than the boats racing, in order to have a place to relax and live networking moments

between one race and the other. Ribs will be used for the crew changes.

TEAM RACE

Team race is considered among the most entertaining and exciting disciplines. The format

sees two teams, each consisting of two crews, do battle on four boats on a short path

(about 15-20 minutes total time) to white sails. Arbitrage strictly in water. The winner is

the team that manages to avoid that one of the two boats of the team appears last. For

instance, the combination 1 and 4th is loser, better is 2 ° and 3 °.
