    I. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

First and foremost, I would like to thank our Almighty God, for givingus strength everyday, good health and blessings that help us to perform

our task as part of our OJT.

I would like to thank my family for their understanding and support

that they have given me from the first day of my OJT until the end of our

practicum. To our training coordinator, I would like to thank Mrs. Sharima

Ali Morales for helping us to be a good trainee in our OJT, to perform our

task successfully and also for giving us some tips easy to understand that

    she has shared to us.

    II. INTRODUCTION

First of all, I have chosen this course Diploma in Office Manage-

ment Technology, because I want to enhance my skills on how to man-age an office and to learn more about it. Since we know that Office

Management Technology with specialization in General Office Manage-

ment deals on supervising, so we need to educate ourselves about the

    principles of managing and organizing.

It also includes the knowledge about information technology, the

fundamentals and application of which is one of my abilities. Also during

my first year as an Office Management student, I was amazed of

different subjects and practices lined-up for the whole year.

For me, I can say that taking this course makes you more interested

in learning more about information technology which is in trend and very

useful in our daily needs even if it is at home or at work.

    IV. OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPANY

    What I have observed at

The strength and challenges of this company is that they full support of

the management of COA, from medical equipments to logistics to sufficient

numbers of personnel. Equal distribution of services because of the largenumber of employees.

I think the best practice of this company is both medical and dental

practice. They report all the details of both medical and dental, what are

    lacking equipments, medicines and etc.

My over-all observation in this office is efficiency and effectiveness on

    the services rendered

    V. PERIODIC REPORTS (daily, weekly, monthly)

What we do daily are the following:

    Assisting patients

    Checking of records

    Retrieval of records

What we do weekly are the following:

    Compilation of the records

    Aswering to telephone calls

What we do monthly are the following:

    Delivery of documents

During my whole training in COA MEDICAL AND DENTAL SERVICE

OFFICE, I think the problem/s that I have encountered is messing up files

    once resulting to misplaced document.
