Guidelines for Step-wise Registration

1. First make online payment of Registration fee Rs.250/- (through NEFT/IMPS only) in the

following bank account

2. Fill the registration form and mention the transaction ID (UTR Number) and send the scanned

copy to qmamity2018@gmail.com, akumar7@ggn.amity.edu (Subject: Quantum Seminar)

along with transaction receipt.

The last date for registration is 15th

Jan, 2018. Since the seats are limited, registration may close

earlier. Registration fee paid after 15th

Jan 2018 may not be refunded

3. Registration Fee includes lunch and refreshment during the seminar.

4. Certificate of Participation will be given to all registered participants who have attended the

seminar.

5. Quiz for students & prizes will be given to the winners.

6. Participants are required to bring laptop or smart phone for quantum computing practical

session

7. A shuttle bus will be arranged for outside participants from HUDA city metro station (Departure

time 8 am) to Amity University Haryana and the same bus will drop the participants to HUDA city

metro station after the event is over.

Registration is on first- come- first- serve basis.

Registration is open for both Faculty and Students.
