Situation Bubnell Farm lies only ¾ mile from the centre of Baslow and has good access via the A619 from Chesterfield. From the centre of Baslow pick up the A619 signposted towards Bakewell, Rowsley (Chatsworth/Haddon brown signs). Travel over the river bridge and take the 1st right signposted for Bubnell. Continue on this lane and pass Bubnell Hall and Bubnell Grange on the left with the farm lying on the left approximately ¾ mile from the main road junction.

‘To the Sale’ and ‘Car Park’ signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.

The sale at Bubnell Farm arises as a result of Mr Jim Furness relinquishing the tenancy on the farm at Baslow. The Furness family have farmed at Bubnell for five generations and in excess of 120 years and many locals will know that all the cattle including the well-bred Holstein Herd have already been sold off the holding. There is an excellent range of livestock equipment including the In-Situ Cattle Race, Bulk Leg Bins etc. The larger machinery includes the 2 New Holland 4WD tractors together with a superb Diet Feeder, High Spec Tanker, Rotorvator, V Spreader and other items. It should be noted that the Diet Feeder, Rotorvator, Kuhn Topper, High-Spec Tanker and Shelbourne Reynolds V Spreader were all purchased new. Purchasers should attend and bid with confidence at this very genuine sale.
