TRUNK OR TREAT: Thank you to everyone who has signed up to help with this year’s Trunk or Treat on OCTOBER 28. Come visit the information table on the lanai today; we want people to sign up for specific roles to help make this community event a success. If you are interested in decorating your vehicle for the event, please register your vehicle today. We are also seeking donations of bags of candy. These may be brought to the church and given to Eric or Kristen in the church office.

COLLEGE LUNCH: TODAY, OCTOBER 14: The college students are invited to attend today’s college lunch at John and Liane Takara’s home. Meet at Eric’s house after small groups to car-pool to the Takara’s home. Adults are welcome to join.

YOUTH ELEMENT: WAIKIKI AND FIREWORKS: THIS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 19: Bring money for snacks or ice cream. We will leave the church parking lot at 6:10 pm.

WALK-RUN FOR HUNGER: THIS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2012: 8:00 am: Ala Moana Park Magic Island. Go to www.walkrun4hunger.com to register for Team UABC and to donate. Our goal is $1500. Walk-Run for Hunger is an annual fundraiser for River of Life Mission. See Dan Tom for more information.

YOUTH AND COLLEGE STUDENTS: PUMPKING PATCH SATURDAY, OCTOBER 20: Waimanalo Country Farms. We will leave the church parking lot at 10:00 am. Bring money for food and games. We will return to the church around 1:30 pm.

HAWII PACIFIC BAPTIST STATE CONVENTION: NOVEMBER 8-9: OLIVET BAPTIST CHURCH: Please indicate on your yellow Communication Card if you would like to go as a messenger.

FAMILY ALBUM - COME TAKE YOUR PICTURE: If you have been attending UABC for some time and would like to be included in the album, please have your picture taken before church be-gins or after small group ends. We are also retaking pictures for those who would like. On November 25, we will take a church wide family photo.
