We OMKAR ELECTRICALS a fast growing firm in electrical field, for manufacturing Power and Control Distribution Boards. We specialized in range of Power and Control Panels with for all kind of industries. We have full facility for testing various types of Distribution Boards. We have professionally managed team to meet most stringent quality standard to cater to our client’s requirements.

5. Project Organization and Management Team OMKAR ELECTRICALS, Believes that a key element to get success in development project depends in Project Management. In order to accomplish this, OMKAR ELECTRICALS, set up a special team for all New Projects.

The team head, manage to keep record of telephonic discussion or Personal meeting with the client. Same is made available to all members of team and the client. The customer has the responsibility to approve these notes, OMKAR ELECTRICALS maintains a comprehensive Project-Schedule for every job besides generation of written and overall co-coordinators of the Project execution and regularly discussing for meeting target date of completion. During project execution factory and site acceptance test are taken project progress status is continuously monitored so that problem and deviation can resolved.

Throughout the life of a project from start to end, There are important / special actions that need to be taken by the client. As and when the need for such action arises they are recorded and assigned to specific engineer with the time to complete the action. The project coordinators on weekly basis review the list and issue alerts and warnings when the dead line for the action approaches. This ensures timely completion of the project

OMKAR ELECTRICALS maintains comprehensive Project schedule for every job. The schedule is decided after first meeting with the client. Normally if is kept with project team. The schedule shows all critical activities and include key completion dates for project completion and for the client actions.

Besides, generation of written documentations and the overall co-ordination of project execution it is the responsibility of the project co-ordinates to meet dead line of project completion period.

In order to maintain quality communication, resolve issues and related questions and review project progress. It is necessary for client and SEF to meet periodic basis. SEF usually recommends that meetings should be held monthly basis. The frequency of meeting can be increased or decreased depending upon the state of the project. Normally SEF request the meetings are held at SEF’s office because of the availability of the projects team. But these also arrange at client site.

As a part of the commencement of the Project, OMKAR ELECTRICALS entrusts the Work to Project Co-coordinator. Project Progress is continuously Monitored so that problems and deviations can be addressed at the earliest. Along with the client, SEF generates periodic progress reports to documents all pertinent period issues
