Olive trees, cypresses, lavender, huge gray stone Oliviers,

cyprès, lavandes, with chimerical shapes, it is here, in the

heart of the Alpilles, that the Mas de l'Oulivié was born,

more than twenty years ago ...

The house itself, built with a great respect of the Provencal

architecture, trimmed with white stone from Les Baux de

Provence, roofed with reclaimed terracotta tiles and its

shutters of the almond green of the olive trees, is a

genuine haven of peace and harmony.

From the entrance to the hotel, between the olive

branches, a row of shrubs mixed with rosemary, sage and

other aromatic and coloured plants brings you to the

reception.

The door then opens onto a large lounge of wooden beams,

painted walls and handmade terracotta tiles which

contrast with the large rustic fire-place made from the

chalky white stone of Les Baux. Here, there and

everywhere, you will find a relaxing decoration and an

extreme concern to pay attention to every detail.

Set inside the olive grove that surrounds the Mas, you will

find a stunning landscaped swimming-pool that will take

you by surprise with large rocks marvellously integrated in

the Alpilles and a beach reaching into the water.

Facing either the Alpilles or the magnificent landscaped

garden, our 27 rooms divided into Caractere, Privilege,

Prestige or Suites categories have their own identity, their

own color : delicious contrasts between orange, yellow, red

and subtle balance between gray, blue and green and a

touch of romance with old roses and purple.

An « à la carte » restaurant…

Breakfasts and lunches are served on the terrace next to

the swimming pool.

Our Chef Anthony Somers takes inspiration from local

products so that you may enjoy the rich culinary heritage of

Provence. With his menu he hopes to encourage you to

discover the specialities of the natural regional Parc of the

Alpilles and the olive oil of Vallée des Baux de Provence

which comes from part of our harvest.

For lunch, you will discover a seasonal menu with tasty

toasts, olive oil seasoned salads, stuffed zucchini flowers

with roasted tomatoes and pesto, Provencal burger, goat

cheeses from Saint Rémy de Provence.

For dinner, we accept groups from 12 to 30 people. Our

Chef will propose you menus on request according to your

desire.

on the ground floor.There is a large French-window

which opens up onto the garden and furniture is

adjustable depending on your needs.
