Join us in Celebrating 25 Years in Bend, Oregon!
In 1983 Deanna Hansen, along with afriend, coordinated a one-day work-shop in Bend, Oregon for her collegeart teacher, Caroline Buchanen. Theclass was such a big hit that more andmore teachers requested Dee to coor-dinate for them. One-day, grew to two-days, and by the year 2000 Dee wascoordinating 19 five-day workshops for internationally recog-nized art instructors. W
hen Debra Prater joined Art In TheMountains, she took to heart the wisdom and guidance thatDee lovingly bestowed, maintaining the traditions and the qual-ity of the company. Even though Dee has retired from AITM,her counsel is still an asset today. This year, we dedicate ourworkshops to Deanna Hansen, for establishing a fine companythat reaches out to artists from all over the world, encouragingthem to "become better artists". Join us in Celebrating 25Years and Honoring Deanna Hansen.
