A Holdiay Celebration!!

On December 3, 2010, Pi Phi Actives gathered for our annual Meet Me Under the Mistletoe

Christmas Party!The event was a huge success with tacky Christ-mas sweaters, Santa, Hot Chocolate, Christmas music, Christmas candies and treats, mingling

by the fire, mistletoe, and horse-drawn carriage rides around South Greek!

Thanks to our wonderful House Corps, our home was decorated beautifully for the party and the christmas season, with everything from Christ-

mas trees, to garland, to Christmas lights!!!

Philanthropic Service To OthersThis year, Pi Phi actives came together to bring Christmas to those less fortunate. Together we col-lected over 120 toys for underprivelaged children in our area. Last week, we had our second annual present wrapping party with the men of Delta Tau Delta to get the presents ready for the children. We had a blast spreading Christmas Cheer!

Passing the Torch of LeadershipThe time has come for leadership to be passed down to new officers. Thank you so much to our current president, Britan Mills; our VP Membership, Amy Smith; our VP Membership Development, Ra-chel Stinson; our VP Administration, Jessica Jones; our VP Fraternity Development, Jessica Fowler; our VP Finance, Jamie Allen; our VP Philanthropy, Jensen Smith; our VP Communication, Aly Reeser; our VP Event Planning, Peyton Salavarria; and our VP Housing, Katie Cox. You all have worked so hard and done amazing things for our house this year!! Thank you also to everyone who served on commit-tees this year! We could not have done it without you! Congratulations to our incoming officers!!! For our 2011-2012 year, our President will be Amy Smith; VP Membership, Rachel Cunningham; VP Membership Development, Jenna Smith; VP Admin-istration McKenzie McCall; VP Fraternity Develop-ment, Emily Johnson; VP Finance, Shelby Stone; VP Philanthropy, Nicole Abbott; VP Communication, Cassi Tyler; VP Event Planning, Shebly Lockard; and VP Housing, Rachel Russell. Congratulations to everyone who was appointed for committes and chairs for this year, we can’t do it without you!! Good Luck!!! We can’t wait to see what you will do!!!
