Step 1 Log in as administrator Click Start Windows, choose
Control Panel Choose System and Security Click Administrative Tools
Click Services Find AIPS.exe(Arp Intelligent Protection Service)
then right click and choose Properties On the General tab, change
the Startup Type to Disabled, and On the Service Status, click
Stop, then click OKStep 2 Click Start Windows, choose My computer
Find AIPS.EXE at C:\Program Files (x86)\Netcut\Services\aips.exe
Delete aips.exe Delete Netcut.exe Then delete the Netcut folderStep
3 Click Start Type RUN on the Search Programs and files box, then
press Enter Type Regedit, and press Enter Find HKey_Local_Machine
Find HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\AIPS Delete AIPS
