Print Options are the attributes you set to define the way a print job is processed.You can set your print options for each job or create a template that saves Predefined printing profiles for each printer driver.
The Printing Preferences dialog box contains seven tabs that display the high-levelSettings of the system driver.

1. Connect the USB storage device to the USB port on the system. After a few seconds, ”Found USB Device” appears on the touch panel.
2. Press the Print button on the control panel.

3. Select the Job Type drop down menu.

5. From the list of files, select the file you wish to print.
