STEP 2:

Remove the Pressure Gauge from Unit.

Install Part #A.

STEP 1:

STEP 4: Install Part #E.

Install Part #B.



STEP 5:

STEP 6:

Reinstall Pressure Gauge.

Place Part #Q on the Cabinet Side.



STEP 7:

STEP 8:

Drill Out Holes to the Size Marked on Template.

Insert Part #P on the Back Side of the Device. Insert Device into the Drilled Holes.

*Confirm the ball valve is closed in the main housing of the arc flash oil sample kit.



STEP 9:

STEP 10: Install Part #C & Part #D Into the 1” Drain Valve.

Bolt on the Arc Flash Oil Sample Device AssemblyUsing Part #F & Part #G.



STEP 11:

STEP 12: Install Part #J Even Spaced on the Tank Wall.

Install Part #H on the Back of the Arc FlashOil Sample Device Assembly.



STEP 13: Install Part #N onto Part #E Behind the Pressure Gauge & Install Part #N onto Part #H that is Attached to the Arc Flash Sample Oil Device Assembly.Install Part #L to Each End of Part #N.



STEP 14: Install Part #M on Part #H that is Attached to theDevice & Install Part #M onto Part #D on the Drain Valve.Install Part #K Around Part #N & Through Part #J.Turn the Drain Valve on After Stainless Braided Hose(Part #M) is Connected and Apply 1 psi of Nitrogen to the Unit to Complete the Install.



STEP 15: Fill Out the Following Information on Part #X.Install Part #X as Shown on the Detail Layout.
