Business Development (BD) professional receives your request and will determine if we have the resources available to fulfill the order whether it is on a contingency or retained basis. After executing an agreement, the Account Manager (AM) analyzes the information and joins the client on an intake session regarding fulfilling the order. Account Manager and/or Business Development professional selects one or more recruiters to identify and source potential candidates for consideration. Account Manager continues to communicate with client on a weekly basis including submitting interested candidates, setting up interviews and helping with the onboarding process as needed. Recruiter continues ongoing communication with the candidate until the candidates start date. Client and AM may also communicate with the candidate(s) at their discretion
