    Granting conditions Stichting Oud in Afrika

    1. The applicant for a grant has toconfirm the grant within six weeksafter date of the granting letter. Indefault of this confirmation, which

    must be in writing, the grant will bewithdrawn automatically.

    2. The grant will also be withdrawn incase the applicant does not invoke acertain amount of the grant within oneyear after date of the granting letter.

    3. The grant will be withdrawn just aswell, completely or partially, if notwithin three years after date of thegranting letter the total amount of thegrant is invoked.

    4. The grant will be withdrawn too,completely or partially, in case of non-compliance with the requirements ofthese granting conditions.

    5. The grant will be withdrawn also,

    completely or partially, when theproject for which support wasconfirmed fails totally or partially or ifthe content of the project alters whenrealising the project.

    6. The grant will be withdrawn as well,

    completely or partially, if in theopinion of the Board of the StichtingOud in Afrika the (financial) reportsabout the project do not meetgenerally accepted social standards.

    7. The grant will be withdrawn partially if

    it appears that the financial support isnot needed in full to complete theproject.

    8. All payments by the Stichting Oud inAfrika will be made only upon amotivated written request of the

    applicant. On this request for paymentthe applicant has to mention theproject number assigned by theStichting Oud in Afrika as well as thebank details (such as the bank's nameand account number) of the applicantor the project.

    9. The applicant has to take intoconsideration a six weeks term forpayment.

    10. In general, the Stichting Oud in Afrikawill pay a maximum of 90% of thegrant after the first payment request.The remaining 10% will be paid afterhaving received both the respectiverequest as well as the final (financial)report(s) regarding the project.

    11. The applicant has to provide theStichting Oud in Afrika with a paymentschedule in case the project for whicha grant is given runs for more thanone year. After approval the StichtingOud in Afrika will pay the grant ininstalments on the basis of interimreports.

    12. In all the correspondence, includingthe requests for payment, theapplicant has to mention the project

    number assigned by the Stichting Oudin Afrika. All correspondence should besent to:

    13. The Stichting Oud in Afrika declaresherewith that all the data of theapplicant and of the project will betreated confidentially and will be usedonly for the purpose for which the

    data are provided.
