Base bid will be for painting the interior and exte-rior of one (1) elevated multi-column water storagetank 300,000 gallons in capacity. ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR2012 BUDGETS
Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of OHIOCOUNTY, Indiana. that the proper legal officers ofsaid Municipal Corporation at their regular meetingplace at Courthouse, at 6:00 o·clock.p.m., on Mon-day. April 30, 2012 will consider the following addi-tional appropriations in excess of the budget for thecurrent year.FUND NAME: Cum Bridge $170,056.21 Taxpayers appearing at such meeting shall have aright to be heard thereon. The additional appropria-tions as finally made will be referred to the StateBoard of Tax Commissioners, which Board will holda further hearing within fifteen days after it receivedthe proposal, at the county Auditor's office of saidcounty, or at such other place as may be desig -nated.. At such hearing taxpayers objecting to anyof such additional appropriations may be heard. In-terested taxpayers may inquire of the county audi-tor when and where such hearing will be held.
