My Program Messages

1.After logging in to OCLQS, select your program from the ‘My Programs’ tab.

2.Once you have selected your program, select ‘My Program Messages’ from the accordion menu on the left side of the page. You will be directed to the My Program Messages page.

3.Use the filters at the top of the page to view programs messages by Activity (drop down list from which your program could receive messages) or by Date Sent (date range).

4.To view detailed information about the program message(s), click the ‘View’ hyperlink in the Details column.

View My Program Messages-Email

1.After clicking the ‘View’ hyperlink in the ‘Details’ column on the My Program Messages page, you will be able to view the message that was intended for your program.

2.Program Messages may be in the form of Email or Attachment. Below is an example of an Email message. Email is a system-generated version of the email notification that was sent during the registration and rating process.

3.Program messages that contain attachments may be in the form of a report, letter or certificate.

4.Once you have viewed the message, click the ‘Close’ button on the bottom left of the screen to close the message. You will be redirected to the My Program Messages page.
