Through a spreadsheet specifies we measure how long the area of OGX takes to recruit an EP, give the RA, MA and RE.

Quality Standard 3 days to AIESEC make first contact with one

possible EP by email or phone; 4 days to realized the first meeting; 1 week to sign the contract, pay the tax and

give the RA; 1 day to train the EPs on MYAIESEC.net; Implementation of EP program manager; MA GCDP: 1 month; MA GIP: 2 months.
