• Additional 2,400 MW of offshore wind target (2021 Climate law)

• Net-zero greenhouse gas emission limit by 2050 and interim targets

• New BOEM Lease Areas for additional offshore wind generation

• Significant transmission upgrades needed to integrate offshore wind into the electric grid• System planning and upgrades for
