Sri. Benny Joseph was promoted as 2nd Grade Overseer vide Order No. A5-

561/92 Vol (7) dated l3/07/2007 of Chief Engineer, Irrigation and Administration.

The promotion was effected from 22/08/2005. In the seniority list he bears rank No:'

435 with date of assignment as l3/07/2007. Hence it is decided to reassign the

seniority of Sri. Benny Joseph in the Cadre of 2nd Grade Overseer with date of

assignment as 22/08/2005. The rank No. 381 (a) is reassigned to the incumbent

instead of 435. His position in the seniority list of 2nd Grade Overseer will be between

the names of Sri.Joshy Ignatious and Sri. Koyatty K.K bearing Nos. 381 and 382

respectively.

In the provisional seniority list of 2nd Grade Overseer published on 19106/2013

the name of Sri. Somarajan.T was noted as Somaraj A.T with remarks as 'NJD' and at

the time of finalization of the seniority list the name was removed from the list as no

correspondence was received. Sri. Somarajan.T has informed that his name was

wrongly noted as Somaraj A.T instead of Somarajan T. The incumbent was promoted

as 2nd Grade Overseer as per Order No. EB4 (a) 18409109 dated 26107/2004 of Chief

Engineer, PWD (Administration). The matter was verified and it is decided to include

the name of Sri. Somarajan T in the seniority list of 2nd Grade Overseer with date of

assignment as 26107/2004 and rank No. as 340 (gl) between the names of

Sri. George N.V and Sri. Innocent Koodarappilli bearing rank numbers 340 (s) &

340 (11) respectively.

Sri. K.M. Kabeer, was promoted as 2nd Grade Overseer vide Order No.

A5/561192 dated 06/06/2006. The promotion was effected from 22/08/2005. The

incumbent is included in the seniority list of 2nd Grade Overseer of this Department at

rank No. 401 with date of assignment as 06/06/2006. Hence it is decided to re-assign

the seniority of Sri. K.M. Kabeer with date of assignment 22/08/2005 at rank No. 384

(c) between the names of Sri. M. Abdul Hakim and Sri. Muraleedharan M.G bearing

rank numbers 384 (b) and 385 respectively.

Hence it is decided to modify the seniority list of 2nd Grade Overseer published

vide reference 4th and 5th cited by following inclusions.
