International Grappling Championship-2020 & Super Pro Grappling League for Juniors, Youth, Seniors & Veterans, Male
& Female at Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi from 03rd to 04th January 2020.

1. The Last date to send ENTRIES by ON LINE before 25th December 2019 to GFI HQ. No any Entry will be accepted
by E-mail. You can make yours account at www.kombatleague.org for yours players registration.
2. On-Spot Registration of all teams will be done 02nd January until 5 PM Only. 3. At Registration all teams must bring: Soft Copy of “ON LINE Submission of ENTRY FORM”.
4. No players can be added after Super Last date of Registration. 5. Drawing of Brackets will be done by 02nd January at 07PM.
6. Referee Course will be on 02 to 03rd January2020. Diploma will be awarded only for those will pass in Written and practical Exam. All referees must report on 02nd January at 09.00 AM.
7. Last date 25-12-2019 & Super Last Date is 01-01-2020. 8. After 25th December We have No guarantee For yours Players registration for this event.
9. SKL will provide Hotel to all REFEREE/ JUDGE (only for J-1, R-3, R-2, R-1) but you must send yours name before 20-10-2019. After this date SKL will not accept yours request so please don’t send yours name. Request will accept only
By E-MAIL on yours State Secretary Letter Head not Watsaap or MSG will accept. Please not Hotel will be given for 03
& 04th January only.
10. We also provide hotel (Only for 02 to 03rd January2020) for all Referee, Judges those will attend REFEREE COURSE.
11. SKL will provide Free Hotel & Food to all Referee & Judges. Fee given by SKL to all Referee & Judges: R1 -2500 Rs. per Day and for Others 1100 Rs. per day (J1, R3, R2 only).
12. Every communications between SKL and Associations will be done by only by this these E-Mails : [email protected] Or [email protected]
13. We will give a attractive Memento for all Officials. 14. We will give Four Medal in each category. Like One Gold, One Silver, Two Bronze.
15. All participants should appear in Neat & Clean DRESS (Only GFI Approved).
16. No any Federation/Clubs/ Organizing Committee will be responsible for any Injury or Loss of Life during our Championship. We will provide only First AID.
17. The Organizers have reserve the right to refuse the entry of any Team or Individual. 18. No any Fee will be refund in any case.
19. Protection Fee will be 5000 RS with Video Clipping only. 20. Stay & Food will not provide by SKL or HOST.
21. This Event is Open for all Grapplers regardless of affiliation. 22. Participants should have their own equipment & other protective guards as per rules.
23. Organizing Committee has the right to accept or reject the entry of any individual or teams. 24. All Technical Officials should wear official uniform of the GFI/UWW and As per Rules of ISF.
25. The Tournament officials reserve the right to suspend or terminate the match/ player/ team for infringement of the rules of concerned federations/ associations.
26. Alcoholic drinks, smoking, chewing tobacco and drugs are strictly prohibited at the venue of the championship and accommodation areas.
27. Entry fee will not be refundable in any case. The Organizing Committee as the right of accepts or refuses the entry of any individual or teams.
28. The Participants, below the age of 18 yrs he/she has to produce the relevant evidence/ proof of his/her date of birth. 29. Please attach Date of Birth Certificate, Health and Fitness Certificate issued by Concern Authorities.
30. No Conveyance / Transport will be provided for Players & Officials. 31. If there are less than 06 entries in any event( INDIAN OPEN) & 08 ENTRIES in Super Pro Grappling League then in
this case we give only 50 % of total Prize. 32. Timing of bouts in Indian Open : 03 Minutes for (10to 15 years), 04 Minutes for above 15 years.
33. All Participants must submit their MDEICAL CERTIFICATE. Without MDEICAL CERTIFICATE we can not allow to participate in this event.
34. Weighting Check will be on 02nd January at 4.00 PM to 07.00 PM. 35. All Players must bring hard copy of Consent Form, Entry Form & Medical certificate at Registration.
36. Indian Open will be conducted by UWW International rules.
RULES & REGULATIONS FOR SUPER PRO GRAPPLING LEAGUE-2020
1. In Match of League players can’t declare winner by Submission instead of Victory players will get 05 Point for every
Submission. After Submission players will start again their bout from OPEN GURD Position. 2. After led of 22 scores player will be declared Winner.
3. Semi Final bouts will be conducted by NORDIC System. 4. Timing of Bouts will be 05 Minutes and SKL have 02 rounds in each Fight. First Round will be 03 minutes after first round
referee will give 30 seconds rest for both players. After rest they will have 02 minutes round.
5. Only these changes we have in this league others rules will follow according to UWW & GFI.

Grappler’s Declaration I, the undersigned, undertake to: a) Provide accurate personal information for the initial application and or for each renewal of the License, b) Comply with the obligations that result from the GFI/SKL obligations that result from the GFI/SKL Constitution, rules and

its affiliated or associated members, d) Complete with respect for my opponent and the refereeing body , the adhere to the principals of fair play, e) Observe and comply with the GFI/SKL Anti-doping Regulations implementing the World Anti-Doping Code. f) In case of disputes in connection with the applications of GFI/SKL’s Constitution , rules and regulations, as well as with GFI/SKL
decisions and guidelines, and any dispute with GFI/SKL, its affiliated to associated members or its clubs, in connection with the participation in the sport of Grappling , accept that , after exhaustion of any procedure set forth in the applicable GFI/SKL Regulations, the exclusive competence of the Haryana High Court, excluding all recourse of ordinary courts, including in respect of provisional measures.
In signing this declaration, I also understand and accept that , for the purpose of the fight against doping in sports, I may be the Subject to anti-
doping controls by GFI/SKL at any place and any time, in accordance with the GFI/SKL Anti-doping Regulations , the World Anti-doping Code and
WADA’s International Standards. I understand that the information that I provide is used exclusively for that purpose, in accordance with WADA’s
International Standards for the protection of Privacy and personal information.
I also understand that the GFI/SKL License includes an insurance for accidents/illness occurring abroad that covers only the costs of injury
treatment in the country where the competition and injury took palace (as well as the costs for possible repatriation of the Grappler in his/her
country of residence) and that is the responsibility of the Grappler of his/her National federation to take out an insurance policy for the covering
