OFFICE SPACE STARTS FROM 150 m2 RENTAL SPACE

Building HTC 21 is especially suitable for companies active in solar power (PV systems) and is located centrally, close to parking garage P2. It is a state-of-the-art building with all the facilities you need for your daily activities, such as an intercom reception that can be operated from your office. The building consists of two separate parts: on the ground floor there are high-tech laboratories and experimental space, whilst at the front of the building there are four storeys of office space. The available office space of this building is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floor. It is possible to rent office space from 150 m2 to 600 m2. You are free to change the office layout using dividing walls and carpeting. Each floor has a pantry, toilet facilities and an elevator. We provide a full-service rental concept, which means that all the required services (e.g. cleaning, vending machines and building maintenance) are included in the rental contract.

5. FAMILY FRIENDLY – EDUCATION NEEDS COVERED FOR ALL

High Tech Campus Eindhoven understands the needs of over 85 nationalities that make up our International community. There’s a professional day-care centre on Campus for kids from 0 - 4 years. We know that schooling is an important factor in choosing where to raise your family. The South-East part of the Netherlands is home to excellent schools specializing in primary and secondary education for children of expats from 4 to 19 years of age. These schools follow international curricula recognized world-wide. All lessons are given in English.

The International School Eindhoven is the nearest, being part of a network of schools spread throughout The Netherlands. They are partly funded by the Dutch government, ensuring school fees are affordable. Private, independent international schools and tuition are also available.

Rapid improvement in core high-technologies is fuelling exponential innovation. The current pace of technological advance is unprecedented in history. It shows no signs of slowing down. Changes wrought by exponential innovation are increasing the pressure on companies to perform.

Eindhoven is the most inventive city in the world based on one of the most commonly used metrics for mapping the geography of innovation, namely “patent intensity.” The city produced 22.6 patents for every 10,000 residents, according to recent studies by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development. 9. FULL SUPPORT FOR HIGHTECH STARTUPS

It’s bubbling, fizzing and hatching at the Campus. It is the ultimate location for tech start-ups and growers. Standing on the shoulders of giants in our ecosystem they execute, validate, find the right funding and scale up at the right pace. There’s also a Startupbootcamp HighTechXL branch located on the Campus.

Later stage technology start-ups and corporate spin-offs have clustered together in two dedicated buildings on the Campus: the βèta Building and the Mμ Building.

Tenants get access to the Brainport (regional development agency) network of technical and financial advisors, as well as the possibility to participate in the full range of activities across the Campus.

7. RESET YOUR WORK-LIFE BALANCE

The Campus Wellness Centre is fully equipped with the latest generation of Life Fitness equipment. On site Health Promotion trainers and coaches can advise on a personal fitness profile, and give individual training advice. There are group sessions for Tae-Bo, steps, circuit training and spinning. High Tech Campus Eindhoven also has its own sports club with the latest facilities. Campus Sports organises a whole range of indoor and outdoor sports activities on the Campus. Membership of a sports club also offers excellent opportunities to meet other Campus residents and build your social network. Membership is open to all Campus residents. The Campus site is set in an open, green and park-like character. With some 15 kilometres of foot- and cycle paths, there is plenty of space for relaxation.

Eindhoven Railway Station is a major interchange for fast Inter-City train services to Amsterdam (Schiphol Airport), Rotterdam and many destinations in neighbouring Belgium & Germany. Eindhoven Airport is The Netherlands’ second largest airport with direct connections to over 70 European destinations including London, Berlin and Dublin. High-tech city Eindhoven is home to Philips PSV Football Stadium plus a wide range of museums, art galleries, concert venues, theatres, shops and boutiques. One of Europe’s Largest (Olympic-size) Swimming Pool’s is next door to the Campus at the National Swimming Centre Tongelreep. The province of North Brabant around the Campus provides 50,000 jobs in the high-tech, automotive, life sciences, health, food, (industrial) design and development industries. And we’re happy to share the wide open spaces of the Southern Dutch countryside, perfect for hiking, biking, jogging or just strolling. From woods to meadows, we’ve got it all.

8. ACCESS TO WORLD CLASS RESEARCH & TESTING FACILITIES

The Campus offers a broad range of advanced innovation services, expertise and high-tech facilities across the whole innovation process. This includes concept creation, product development, prototyping and small series production, right through to sustainability and industrial process consulting.

We offer access to 25,000 square metres of multi-purpose labs & clean rooms, reliability testing, checks on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and RF/DC measurement labs.
