In pursuance of Section 5(1) & (2) and 19 (1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 andin supersession of all previous orders on the subject, the officers as given in the attached list aredesignated as Assistant Central Public Information Offers (ACPIOs)/ Central Public InformationOfficers (CPIOs)/ Appellate Authority for the Section! subjects mentioned against them in theOffice of Development Commissioner (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) with immediateeffect. The Officers designated as ACPIOs would discharge their functions only in the absenceof the CPIO.

In addition the undersigned would also function as the Nodal CPIO.
