RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE SAN CARLOS CITY INTEGRATED AREA COMNIITMTY pITnITe F1TV PTAN (EA/I'PSP\ T'UP CV fl1-.fl1

WHEREAS, the San Carlos City Peace and Order Council (SCCPOC) has formulated and adopted the San Carlos City Integrated Area Community Public Safety Plan ACPSP) for CY 2015-2016 to mainstream the peace programs in the development efforts of various stakeholders in the city;

WHEREAS, the plan is aimed to effectively carry out the functions of the city peace and order council inviting attention to its siiificant role in maintaining peace and order and public safety in dealing with criminality, insurgency and in curbing illegal activities and by achieving and sustaining more peaceful and orderly city;

WHEREAS, the IA/CPSP for 2015-2016 is a convergence of all the programs and activities of stakeholders in the city pertaining to peace and order;

WHEREAS, the Plan was formulated based from the areas of concern namely: crime prevention, law enforcement, prosecution & courts, jail management & corection, fire prevention & suppression, counter-insurgency, environmental protection, health & sanitation, civil defence (IDRRM') and community U YcIupIIIcuIL,

WHEREAS, the San Carlos City Integrated Area Community Public Safety Plan (IA!CPSP) for CY 2015-206 needs further adoption by the Sangguniang Panlungsod;

NOW, THEREFORE, on Motion of Hon. ANTONIO, duly seconded by Hons. MASCUNANA and UI,

THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD RESOLVED to adopt the San Carlos City Integrated Area Community Public Safety Plan IA/CPSP) For CY 2015-2016.
