In exercise of powers conferred under Rule 29(3) read with Rule 3 of Haryana SchoolRules-2003 Education Department, Haryana perminion is hereby granted to establish a newproposed school on the terms and conditions mentioned belovn-

(i) The Proposed School shall ban the required infrastructure regarding land andBuilding i.e. number & size of class rooms with veranda and other rooms for Headof Institution/Office, library, laboratory, Stairs, Ramp and Toilets etc. as per Rule30.

(n) The Management of the school shall have to apply for permanent mcogaition withinthenipulatedtimeinthepresaiialformilwithdocumansasperrule3L

6i4 The Management shall not make admission beyond ClassiII before the sanction ofits recognition or in its amicip ation.

(m) The later of permission is based on the undertaking . given by the applicant as perdetails given overleaf Any violation of the undertaking atnomatically nullifies thepermission. This permission is further subject to 'No Objection certificate' from the'Competent Authority' regarding the land use of the proposed site.
