Pursuant to PA 203 of 2010, Sec.315, “By February 15 of each year, the department of treasury shall submit a report to the state budget director, the house and senate appropriations subcommittees on higher education, and the house and senate fiscal agencies for the preceding fiscal year on all student financial aid programs for which funds are appropriated in part 1.” Since all of the student financial aid programs for which funds were appropriated are administered by the Department of Treasury, Office of Scholarships and Grants, this report will be referred to as the Office of Scholarships and Grant Annual Report.
