Page 39: Office of Motor Vehicle Management VTAC Briefing June 2012

Office of Motor Vehicle ManagementCAM Phase II – Improvements on the Horizon

• Automates ENTIRE ordering process by providing Agency HQ Fleet Manager the ability to approve and reject vehicle selections online via Drive Thru!!

• Adds “Low GHG ” as vehicle replacement type in dropdown menu on the replacement sheet

• Makes Rate Bulletin, Agency policies, Green vehicle options & Agency funding summaries accessible to view in a tab in Drive Thru.

Page 40: Office of Motor Vehicle Management VTAC Briefing June 2012

Office of Motor Vehicle ManagementCAM Phase II Order Review Process

Step 1: CAM Phase I--FSR sends tags to Customer. Customer selects replacement vehicle in Drive Thru and clicks Send to HQ (instead of FSR, as they had in phase 1).

Step 2: HQ FM Receives e-mail with vehicle replacements.

Approves selections or Suggests alternate vehicle in Drive Thru.

Step 3: Customer & FSR receive notification. If approved, move forward to Step 4 (FNE

box must be checked for non-EISA compliant non-low ghg vehs). If selection is not

approved, Fleet Manager makes recommendation. Then go back to Step 1.

Step 4: FSR/local cust. Receive notification. FSR creates orders in

GSA-Internal Online ordering system and places orders
